They talk about the importance of church culture, releasing leaders, the role of site planting in church planting and the risks of celebrity culture in church leadership.

Simon is senior pastor of Kerith Community Church and has led the church on a journey of creating a “come as you are” culture. As a result, Kerith has significantly grown over recent years and now meets on 4 locations. Simon has overseen the planting of both sites and churches out of Kerith. Married to Catrina and father of 3 children, Simon is also a supporter of Newcastle United. We all have our challenges.!!

Martin & Tim are joined by Andy McCullough for episode one of the Multiply: Church Planting Podcast. Andy was born and grew up in Cyprus and is married to Jessica. They are now based in Reading having previously planted a church in the Middle East. Alongside planting churches Andy is also involved in coaching church planters and regularly speaks on theology. He is an avid student of language, culture, mission and the Bible, and is the author of ‘Global Humility: Attitudes for Mission’.
