Welcome to The Mompreneur Mindset Podcast. I created this show because I had a hard time deciding in my business. Even though I have been working on my mindset there are many times I second-guessed myself about all the decisions- ex. group coaching vs. 1:1, what social media platform? What booking service to use? What email service to use? etc. I also was getting caught up in everything I thought I should be doing to be successful. I wanted to create a space that helps other mompreneurs with the same issues I have gone through and still deal with- is this good enough, will people care about what I have to say, am I an expert enough for people to want to work with me, etc. I also feel like being a mom and entrepreneur can be a lonely space so I wanted to provide a community where we can come together and be there for each other. Because our problems are unique. The main topics will be around how to align your business with your soul purpose, your energetic blueprint, and the dream life you want. My hope for the show is that when things get tough in your business this will be the place you turn to for empowerment and inspiration. Thank you for your support! xoxo, Gianna

In both parenting and business, it is often said that the worst thing you can do is give unsolicited advice. It can be seen as meddling, or even as an attack. There is no one-size fits all solution to a problem and when someone gives you advice it can feel like their solution is the best one and you should follow it. But what if you focus on generating new ideas, rather than simply following the advice of others?
In this guest episode, I interview Jenny Warner, a parenting coach who believes in the power of idea generation over advice-giving in both your parenting and business. In this episode, she discusses how this approach can help solve the biggest problems parents face. She also shares times when you should give advice to parents and provides advice for a mompreneur struggling to adjust their mindset to generating ideas instead of giving advice.
