My name is Teddy T and for the longest time I have suffered from PTSD and Depression. From abuse as a child, to war in the military. I've discovered away to not just cope with my issues but control them as well. Through expressing and simply talking, I found I can avoid being fed pills such as anti-depressants and Doctors. People in general are taught to keep deep routed issues to themselves or seek professional help but the truth is people and only take so much before they loose it. This documentary I made showed me that by expressing my issues, whether anonymously or not, simply talking, eased that pressure inside.
