Dale is an interesting chap, we work for the same business but not necessarily together every day which makes this chat a really interesting one we both enjoyed.

What to say about Ilona, well, basically I blackmailed her into coming on, she barely says a word, found it really difficult to get anything out of her, just no chemistry there at all....
It is actually the opposite, she is a great laugh and really knows her stuff, really varied career means that she has a story or two to tell and in this episode, she goes for the whole week hence it's a biggie.
