Hey, I'm Shannon. I love to help people like you heal their relationship to food.
I'm here on The Ease With Food Podcast to bring you the tips and tricks of disordered eating recovery & to help you navigate health and wellness.
I'm a Nutrition Counsellor with a Masters in Nutrition. Which is what makes me qualified to chat with you about these topics on this podcast. But, I'm not you (duh). Which is why we might not always agree, and why this podcast is not a substitute for 1-1 support from medical, nutritional, or mental health professionals.
I dive into ways you can set goals and intentions and "upgrade" your life without it being food/body-focused. I give 10 examples with lots of little ideas in each.
