Chris takes us down his journey of body building and how he started at an incredibly young age. Chris talks about the journey and we dive a bit into the dark side of bodybuilding. She shares how a difficult childbirth had a positive outcome on the nursing community. I was saddened to hear about workplace violence in hospitals, but enjoyed hearing her story, and enthusiasm for her one of her passions. I hope you will enjoy this part of her journey as much as I did.
Freddie tells us his story, and some of the details of his journey from Las Vegas to Denver. I really liked that he shared what has gotten him from where he started to where he is now.
