This episode might actually be one of my most highly anticipated. In this episode, I discuss my dos and don’ts in regards to getting into/developing a romantic relationship as a minimally-experienced teenage girl! Our lives as teenagers naturally revolve around relationships - platonic and often romantic, as well. It’s totally understandable that we feel stress, awkwardness, and nervousness regarding these relationships:) I will also be answering some of your guys’ questions, so let’s talk about it!
i think we can all agree that caring is important, it allows us to better understand our loved ones and opens our minds in ways not everyone can achieve. i think we can also agree that too much of anything good , isn’t good…. see where i’m getting at? let’s talk about it:)

social comparison; we know we shouldn’t do it, but we do it anyway. the way in which our society is built has us facing ‘standards’ every day; think school grading, what a healthy body looks like, or how we should feel and act in certain situations. looking at the bigger picture, each of us have our own histories, challenges, and goals, so why should we ever compare ourselves to someone else’s success?
what does a sustainable, healthy relationship look like as a teenager/young adult? i’m here to, hopefully, answer that question through examples, personal stories, and textbook definitions! from friendships to romance, relationships are a huge part of our lives; becoming conscious of red and green flags can be the foundation of a fulfilling life.

according to society, our teenage years are meant to be spent exploring our interests, making friends, spending time with friends, and essentially just enjoying our youth while we have minimal responsibilities; this can prove to be challenging for those of us who heavily prioritize schooling or just tend take life a little too seriously at times— not to mention the rise of hustle culture. in this episode, i once again discuss the importance of organizing priorities, how to make the most of your time, how to effectively use a planner, along with some nice and relaxed catching up:)

being a high-achiever is all fun and games until you run into a wall we call burnout. no matter how hard you try to focus, stay positive, and/or find the drive to keep going, you just can’t budge; this is because you’re trying to pour from an empty cup. in this episode, i go over my positive habits and routines that help fill my own cup to prevent or push-through absolute burnout. hopefully, you can find something that works for you, burnout can feel isolating but you’re not alone:)
throughout my life, i’ve consistently been told that “i know what i want”. up until just recently, i would get offended by this statement; whether it be through tone or context, it made me feel selfish and egocentric. now, i realize the power and value in knowing what it is i want in my lifetime. in a world full of conflict and chaos to all degrees, it’s beyond important to step back and protect your personal peace above all else. in this episode, i discuss how i go about identifying what i want, standing up for myself, and prioritizing my peace.
