i lowkey hate this ep sm because my thoughts were so scrambled and i couldn't form cohesive thoughts & sentences... but i guess that's what happens when u record at 3 am so :/ enjoy me ramble on abt toxic productivity and how 'hustle culture' can be detrimental to ur mental wellbeing ! lots of repetition and a tired voice, but regardless i hope u find it somewhat helpful.

even as a 16 year-old, i am constantly afraid of running out of time. comparing where i am in life to someone else's only makes me feel more behind, or that i'm not on the right path. in this episode, i dive into how comparing your life to someone else's is poisonous and how you can trust your own timeline.
