In a quest for joy, I’ve learned to be my most authentic self by being mindful, telling my story and being of service to others.
I’ll share what I’ve learned as a self-published author and provide tips for other aspiring authors. I'll discuss what joy and gratitude mean to me, all while I mind my business and drink my water or organic juice.
Several episodes will include interviews with authors and influencers who will share how they joyfully tell their story.
I am looking forward to this journey and the newness that it holds. Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/arlinda-christine/support

In this episode, I'll share how I'm learning that it's ok to say that I'm not feeling ok and how after spending time in the hospital recently, I picked up "Win By Two", by Adam Donyes and Derrick Derrell, to finish reading.
"It's ok to be where you are and to feel how you feel. It's ok to reflect on that it's been rough lately but today is good. When you think about practicing gratitude and being present it’s important to be true to how you feel in that moment. Being thankful for what you have, being thankful for what is and is not." - Arlinda

In this week's episode of the Evolving Takes Werk Podcast, I discuss resilience and what it means to bounce back. I'll share how my book covers and stories tell a story of being in the dark to desiring more colorful and beautiful scenery. Often times we don't realize how pain is pushing us to purpose until we take the time to sit down and to truly "see ourselves". While that's not always easy, it's definitely worth it.

On this episode of the Evolving Takes Werk Podcast we'll discuss that decluttering project from our previous episode and how after clearing the clutter we found what we needed to make a repair in our home.
We'll also touch on what to do with the things we find as we declutter. Should we trash it, give it away or keep it? Though only keep it if it sparks joy.
Also in this episode, I'll share how Steel Cut Oats by Better Oats became important to my life after suffering from a stoke and my experience during the pandemic of creating an eBook.
