Today I’m talking about the never ending cycle of the narcissist, which is basically the behavioural patterns that reoccur again and again in the relationships of the narcissist. It’s a very predictable behaviour, if you look out for it. But it’s very effective for the narcissist.

They can make us into what we are today, they can also break us.
Triangulation is a manipulative tactic the toxic person uses to create conflict and strife between two or more people. It’s an emotionally destructive act designed to intentionally devalue and invalidate the romantic partner. It is also intended to instil insecurity and jealousy. Triangulation is emotionally destructive as it causes division, creates mistrust and low self esteem.
Valentine’s Day, the day of love , it is the day that people in relationships go out of their way to show affection and love to their significant other half. Women can expect flowers, chocolates gifts as their partners express their endearing love and affection.
On the other hand, if you are in a narcissistic relationship prepare to be emotionally abused by your partner.
Today I want to talk about deflection. What is deflection? Deflection is when a toxic person changes the topic of conversation to something entirely different. It’s so they can avoid accountability. It normally occurs when people are challenged for their bad behaviour.
Narcissist are constantly filled with feelings of self loathing, self hatred and shame. Even though they portray this public persona of grandiosity and success, they are deeply insecure people, with extremely low self esteem, and fragile egos. They cover it up to the world with their false image that they project to the world. It’s a false narrative that they perpetuate to the whole world. They live in this fantasy world where they are gods they are not going to allow others to change that about themselves. This is why projection works for them to protect their fragile ego, but at your expense.
What is Gaslighting?
Gas lighting is a form of manipulation that seeks to sow seeds of doubt in a targeted individual or members of a group, hoping to make targets question their own memory, perception and sanity. Using persistent denial, misdirection, contradiction, and lying, it attempts to destabilise the target and delegitimise the target’s belief.
If you truly want to find yourself and love yourself, you need to stay connected to God.
An authentic person is a person who knows who they are and live in total alignment with their identity, purpose and destiny. They are not unduly influenced by culture socio-economic norms, peer pressure. They are truly living in what God called them to be
