In September 2024, the DOJ finally reviewed the actions of the FBI from January... of 2021. Thomas Massie questioned the DOJ Inspector General responsible for reviewing the actions of the FBI. It was just as one might expect it to end, with a bunch of lies and omissions.

Revolutions are chaotic and random. In this episode, I count down 15 things that will happen during the initiation, and during a revolution. Aristotle once noted that, "The whole, is greater than the sum of its parts." So in the context of revolutions, governments may defend against one problem, or one attack, however, the more attacks that the government must defend against at any given time, creates a more complex problem for government.

Imagine a government deciding that everyone within a country must take a shot. Not through convincing citizens, but threatening and coercing them in doing so. It seems that such a thing could only happen in North Korea, China, or somewhere else run by a dictator, right? Wrong. This happened all over the world due to this little thing called Covid.
From the moment Covid 19 was released (or whatever), the world has had a tyrant and tyranny problem. In the countries you wouldn't expect it.

The Federal government is collapsing into itself. The Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches are not aligned with what their Constitutional functions.
In this episode, I'll discuss why we should let the Federal Government drown.
It's doing functions it was not designed to do, and not doing the functions it was designed to do.
We have a problem, and no amount of discussion, will change it. The Federal government cannot be fixed, and in the absence of a reset, it must die away.
The great news is, however, that even if the Federal Government dies, the people, in MOST States will resort back, to the Constitution.

2024 has arrived and this year is going to get crazy. The federal government is getting desperate and the one entity that thinks it deserves the most power, is the FBI. The FBI sees the writing on the wall and they are running out of options. They will "Deal" with Trump, but to make it look like a Civil War, they may have to "Deal" with Biden as well.

Police Are Not PatriotsThis is one of those statements that Many won’t want to hear. Especially Police themselves. If you ask police themselves, they’ll regularly say things like. “I’m a Patriot”. They back that up by saying, “I’m a veteran”. or “I became a police officer to continue to serve my community and my country”.They’ll proclaim from the mountaintops, that they are a Patriot. They will wear all the patches. Many will have the tattoos. They wear american flags all over their uniforms, and Granted, those flags will have a thin blue line through them, but hey… they believe this is okay. But to top it off,Many police officers will begin to believe they are somehow special because they have a sort of perceived support of many well-meaning americans. People they run accross regularly walk up to police and say things like, “Thank You for what you do”, or “Thank you for your service”. And many police will begin to internalize these comments. Inevitably, they begin to believe that they deserve such accolades and recognition.But because of this constant stream of Accolade and Recognition, Many police begin to truly believe that they are Patriots by the mere fact that they are police. No. Throughout history, you’ll notice that Tyrants, use others to enforce their tyranny on their behalf.
Every dictator in history from Saddam Hussein to Pol Pot, to Robert Mugabe, To the "World War 2 Guy with the funny mustache”, to the Socialist and Communist governments that tyrannized the people in countries from the time there have been socialist and communist governments.

This is part 2 of our episode on the 800 pound gorilla in the room.
In Part one, I explained how the Navy, Coast Guard, and Air Force will have little use when fighting the US Population. How they will be relegated to more of a support role, outside of a few specialties such as Military Policing, special Operations, intelligence, and aviation assets.
We further explain how it is mostly the Army and Marines who will be fighting this on behalf of the US Military. That in any civil revolution between the American people and the US Government, that it is a one-on-one, or Gun-On-Gun, conflict, where technology will be minimized.

Part One of Two Episodes.
When Joe Biden was running for President of the United States, he made an interesting comment once. And I mean… That as long as Joe Biden has been a politician… that he has said Exactly ONE interesting comment. He said that:
"Those who say 'the tree of liberty is wateredwith the blood of patriots' — a great line, well, guess what: The fact is, ifyou’re going to take on the government you need an F-15 with Hellfire Missiles.There is no way an AK-47 is going to take care of you."
Now. I hate besmirching the good name of honorable Joe Biden… who they say fairly, and totally legitimately got more votes than Barack Obama and Donald Trump.
No, I’m not going to point out the fact that F-15’s don’t operate Hellfire Missiles. No, I’m not going to point out that when he said that there’s no way an AK-47 is going to take care of you… That the US Government withdrew from Afghanistan where after 20 years, the mighty US Military (that I may have beena part of) could not in the end, dominate a population of people, carrying yes… AK47’s.
If only 3% of Americans decided to ignore the government, that’s 30 to 35 Million people choosing to ignore the government. The US Government wouldn’t have enough resources to force compliance among that many individual people.
The government can’t know where all those people are. It can’t track down 30 to 35 million people. And most definitely, they wouldn’t be able to fight that many people within the country. There is too much land to cover, too many resources to be protected, and too many targets to defend. The US Government would be wholly unable to be everywhere that could be attacked.
Today we’re talking about that big beast sitting in the corner of the room. Its sitting there and it is the one reason, One day that big beast will be directed to get off of its ass and help the US Federal Government.
Now. Maybe you feel it. Maybe you see it coming. You’ve probably asked yourself the question because you see the vulnerability of Government.

Did other countries involve themselves in the American Revolution and the United States Civil War? both of which were internal American Civil Conflicts?
Of course they did!
As the Colonials fought the British in the American Revolutionary War, the French helped with training and weapons. The Germans, Hessian, soldiers were hired by the British to help put down the Colonists.
Today, there are millions of Ukrainians living in Russia and millions of Russians living in Ukraine. Russia has said it was interested in Protecting the Russians that Ukrainians have been attacked and killed in eastern Ukraine. To make it more confusing, the modern country of Ukraine was formed by Referendum after the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991. And this modern conflict in Ukraine saw two regions hold referendums. And those two Ukrainian regions with majority Russian population, decided to be a part of Russia again. So although Ukraine’s past referendum was Okay, Modern referendums in breakaway regions that broke away last time, are not okay now.
Why…
Because NATO… Was angry and doesn’t approve. And the United States is the de-facto leader of NATO, and the United States doesn’t approve. The United States is involving itself into the wars of others… But What can be expected when the United States goes through another Civil Conflict. When the American People have decided to combat their government in the same way that all populations eventually combat their governments.
Will foreign countries be more or less inclined to involve themselves into our conflict by supporting one side or the other? Will other countries provide weapons or training to those opposed to the US Government.

Alexander Hamilton was quoted as saying what I think is the best quote ever about Government. He said;
“Give all the power to the many, they will oppress the few. Give all the power to the few, they will oppress the many.”
And with that quote you can see why the founders of the country came up with a Federal System for the United States they were founding. More specifically, they built a Federal System with Checks and Balances. They thought through it all thoroughly. They deliberated and debated every minute detail. And There were definitely, no “accidents”, or “oversights”.
What was vague, was meant to be vague. What was specific, was meant to be specific.
And when there was an area where the founders recognized should, or would likely need to change or evolve over time, they left it open to change. And in the end, they put a process, to allow their work, the Constitution, to be updated, or “Amended”. Dare I say that throughout the history of man and government, there is no more perfect rules to organize a government by.
Well we’ve hit that Hamiltonian point in Today's America.
Today we see an America, where the corruption of humanity has begun to override the brilliance of the Constitution….

Remember when the Evils of Government were on obvious Display in Tuskegee, Alabama.
When the government studied the effect of untreated syphilis on humans despite telling them, that the government was going to help them. Well, they lied to them, and tricked people who were in need of help. If a Dr. Did this same thing, he would have likely committed a crime and could lose his license. Government told these people that they had, “Bad Blood”. And then Government said,
“Here, Hold My Beer!”
Government Stood back and watched, just to see what would happen to these people.
It Turned out to be cold-blooded murder.

Imagine if you’re a government who governs a country of 350 million people, plus perhaps 40-50 million more illegal aliens that are roaming the cities contrary to your laws. Obviously, you’d want to control as many aspects as possible about how the people who reside in that country live, because naturally, you as a tyrant believe, that if you can control what people do, that the country would run smoother.
So your ultimate goal. is to get more control over that population and the choices that said population has. Youd want to get a better sense of where people are at, where they go, where they live, and how they spend their money. Now. There is no way government could affix a tag to the ears of a human as a shepherd would do with his flock of sheep. But there should be no doubt they want to get the same result. But Government will have to use another means of “tagging” individual citizens. And the way they will do that, is with numbers that are already assigned.

Rifles are not only mere tools. Rifles also have meaning beyond the metal, wood, and perhaps plastics that they are made of. Rifles can actually stand for ideas and themes like liberty, freedom, and democracy. Think of George Orwell, the Author of one of my favorite stories, Animal Farm. Orwell was quoted as saying something profound about rifles… He said:
“That rifle hanging on the wall of the working-class flat or labourer's cottage is the symbol of democracy. It is our job to see that it stays there.”
George Orwell understood that the rifles in the hands of the ordinary people, are symbolic of Democracy, Liberty, and freedom. It is the default nature of government to tyrannize the people who live under that government. And it is a hallmark of tyranny, when a individual has no means to defend himself because the tyrant claims that responsibility unto himself.
When a government ensures that you cannot oppose or defend yourself from government, you cannot be free. You have no liberty. And in nearly all scenarios in which the American population fights off invaders, or a tyrannical government, they will do so with the AR-15. Except for those Americans who fought off the Russians and Cubans in the 1980s movie, Red Dawn. In that movie, the Americans fought off invaders with… well…. AK-47s.

American Founding Father Thomas Paine explained unforeseen circumstances quite clearly when he noted that:
“War involves in its progress such a train of unforeseen circumstances that no human wisdom can calculate the end”.
It’s yet another brilliant comment by my favorite founding father. It describes how decisions made, even if the reason for making the decision is noble, can initiate a chain reaction of events that were unimaginable at the time the actual decision was made.
This phenomenon happens in every war. Once war is initiated, it takes on its own life. The winner is determined by war itself.
To say it another way. No war goes as it’s planned.
We’ve all heard the quotes about how the plan goes out the window as soon as the bullets start flying. Military Officers, of which I may have been one, are all taught that, “the enemy has a say in your war plans.”
It’s the Unforeseen Circumstances and how they are dealt with that determine who wins a conflict.
And America’s next civil conflict will be no different.

If you haven’t been paying attention, the Mexican border is a filthy, disgusting mess of crime. There’s all form of Drug Smuggling, gun running, illegal border crossing, and Human Smuggling. Generally, it’s Just a Mass flood of illegal humanity.
And when I say it’s a mess, well, I mean it has always been a mess. But now, in 2020, 2021, and 2022, there is no comparison.
Now. Incumbent Texas Governor Greg Abbott was just reelected as governor this past November. And there is no complaint about that. Afterall, he beat the ultra-smart, Irish, rocket scientist, candidate named Robert Francis O’rourke.
Governor Abbott made it clear, that he would close the border and ensure Texas, and the United States are secure. He made the promises you’d expect a tough-on-illegal-immigration governor to make. He said all the key words you’d expect a Texas Governor to say. So you’d think he was doing everything he promised to stop illegal immigration on the border after winning his election. Right?!?!
Well You’d expect that, but no! That’s not happening. He is actually doing very little to combat the problem. He Talked The Talk. But doesn’t seem to be following through on his promises. Governor Abbot needs to take another direction. He needs bring the full scope of Texas power to the forefront. And if he can’t do that… He needs to step aside, and Someone else needs to replace Abbott as Governor.
This is why… My Fellow Texans. I have decided to Run… and am announcing my Candidacy for Governor of the State Of Texas.

After having our Mid-Term Elections the United States,
Believe it or not… some people believe that Elections in some locations in the United States… have not left people confident that these elections were fair.
I know! I know!! It’s shocking
But this is a problem.
If Elections aren’t fair and transparent, no one will have faith in those elected in sketchy elections.
So by extension, if no one trusts that politicians are elected in fair elections, they will not believe that the government is legitimate. If government is not legitimate, why would anyone listen to, or respect it.
Fair elections are the cornerstone of America’s government. Although many call the United States a Democracy; we are not.
We are a Constitutional Representative Republic, meaning, we have a constitution, we are a republic, and we vote for our Representatives in government to represent the will and desires of,
“We The People”.
We the people vote for those whom we want to operate our government. We are not voting for our new masters to tell us how to live.
Therefore, whom we elect is extremely important.

The US government was constrained by laws, and the understanding that Americans, even former slaves, had Rights.
But now,
The US Government can just about do whatever it wants. It can raise taxes on the population or business through the IRS.
It can devalue the Dollar, causing massive inflation through the Federal Reserve, Central Bank
All without any approval or permission from the Americans, who presumably own the government.
Government can take your money when they think it’s associated with a crime, even though they don’t actually charge you with a crime. This is called Civil Asset Forfeiture, and it does not even require the person who has their money taken from them, to have done anything wrong.
The US Government can even hold a bunch of protesters in jail without speedy trials. And without actually charging them with any crimes. ‘When all they were doing, was protesting The US Government

What Happens When Americans Actually Stand Up The Government? The Battle Of Blair Mountain Happens.
What If I told you that at one point in Americas history, up to 13,000 Americans took up arms and fought nearly 3500 police, corrupt government officials, and government-supported corporations?
And what if I told you that more than a million rounds were exchanged between Americans in that battle over a 3-day period?
‘And that government used Aircraft to drop bombs on Americans on the ground? You’d say that it was a Civil War battle, and I’d remind you there were no bomber aircraft in the Civil War. And then what if I told you it was in 1921?
That actually happened!
Now why don’t you think you’ve ever heard this story about 13,000 Americans in armed conflict with crony-government?!?! Obviously, government does NOT want you to hear about certain events in history because they represent ideas that government does NOT want to confront. This was the largest labor fight in American history.
And the largest armed civil conflict since the Civil War. Some of the actions taken by government, and those whom collude with government should be a lesson to those who choose to believe government is infallible.

Do you remember the lady who was killed on January 6th? She wasn’t some capitol police officer. She wasn’t some senator attacked by a mob. She wasn’t someone attempting to set fire to the capitol building. She didn’t have a lifelong history of attacking people unprovoked. Her Name was Ashli Babbit. In the traditional past, the word “insurrection” was defined generally as “an organized attempt by a group of people to defeat their government and take control of their country, usually by violence:” You can see how that definition was quite specific about how people want to “DEFEAT” their government and “TAKE CONTROL OF THEIR COUNTRY”. Since January 6th, however, the definition has changed to a more broad definition. This new definition generally reads as… “an act or instance of revolting against civil authority or an established government”. Many of the modern definitions you will see were incorporated to include the January 6th event. Because the government was having a hard time explaining January 6th by the original definition of Insurrection. You could literally track the online dictionaries that we’ve all come to rely upon as they updated their definitions. January 6th was ONLY an insurrection if YOU were in government and you were in fear for your safety. Senators and Congressmen, who have never faced any violence despite the fact they waste taxpayer’s money and cause chaos and destruction in the lives of Americans daily, never have to live with the poor or dangerous decisions they make, but faced with THE AMERICAN PEOPLE demanding justice… ‘they believed that they were going to be injured or killed. This is a look at Australia. During the pandemic, The Australian government went straight tyrant. They believed they could direct Australian citizens on HOW they could live their lives. They believed they that due to the pandemic, that government could control all the actions of how all citizens within Australia lived their lives. The Australian government believed it was somehow their duty to create a zero-covid Island-Continent. They determined that individual liberty was not something that could be allowed in an era of covid. They unleashed the Australian Police. Police attacked innocent people, arrested others, squelched freedom of speech.
In any other time, this level of control would be unheard of. But unfortunately, it is the nature of government and tyranny, to use emergencies to gather more power into themselves. In Australia, the government used a tragic emergency to ban firearms from the population, and today, the population cannot defend itself from its government.

This past week, Joe Biden gave a speech. In that speech he repeatedly called the United States a Democracy. There’s just one problem.
The United States is NOT NOW, NOR EVER HAS BEEN a democracy!
The United States is a Representative Constitutional Republic. That means that it, let me say this slowly… it:
(1) votes for its representatives,
(2) has a Constitution,
and (3) it is a Republic.
By referring to our republic as a democracy. It may not hurt the older folks who understand, but you ensure that the younger, more ignorant amongst a population see our system as a something it is not.
Eventually the distinction is gone… You will then be left with a bunch of idiots screaming that their vote should count, and asking why we don’t just have a true democracy where majority rules.
STOP calling America a democracy! We’re a Representative Constitutional Republic, and You’re confusing the stupid people amongst us…

They say you can't fight City Hall... 'But Marvin Heemeyer did. And he did it with a modified Komatsu bulldozer that would fairly, or unfairly be dubbed, the "Killdozer" after the 1974 sci-fi movie.
In 2004, Heemeyer went sent a message to the government of Grandby, Colorado. They involved themselves in his business and caused him to lose his property. In return, he built the infamous Killdozer and destroyed buildings of the city and of some of those on the City Council. All because of a property dispute that initiated a few years prior.
Heemeyer was calculated and specific about what he destroyed. He involved no innocent people and no one was killed or injured.
The dozer was unstoppable. But Heemeyer drove a tread into a basement and got it stuck. After the engine died. He took his own life.
But he sent his message. He and Killdozer are now icons and symbols of what happens when a man gets pushed too far.

American Law Enforcement has a tough job. They are expected to keep the streets safe, know and understand the laws, but at the same time, to protect the Rights of those whom they come in contact with. Unfortunately, they don't always meet that high standard. Many Law Enforcement Officers individually, are good people who might consider themselves patriots. Many of them are veterans, who wanted to continue to serve their country and chose to do it through law enforcement.
But as a whole, we are seeing law enforcement fail with the public. There is a growing disconnect with the citizens of the country and the Law Enforcement community, as an institution.

The American Law Enforcement Community should not allow themselves to be put in the position of having to declare those words. They must be prepared to decide if they will stand with the Constitution or with the Tyrants who may be in leadership positions within their police departments, or in political position over their departments. In this episode, I explain the decision that American Law Enforcement personnel have to make in an future civil conflict. Will they be Cops? 'Or will they be TOTs, or Tools Of Tyranny? Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs), will have to decide if they will allow themselves to used as Tools Of Tyranny by politicians against the American People. Or will they stand for the Constitution. American Law Enforcement personnel represent the "Force" of government. In a civil conflict, the violence perpetrated by government starts with Police. Those whom fight government, ONLY have to fight Law Enforcement. This puts Police in the position of being the unfortunate protectors of Tyrants.
