Welcome to the Rundown Podcast! I’m the host, Ben Goldring. My co-host Casey Hughes and I are students at James Madison University and are members of the JMU XC & Track club. On the Rundown, we talk about running and interview fellow members of the team. We have a lot of fun shows so be sure to check them out!
