It took Emily two years after getting her certification, to find the courage & begin teaching. We also talked about mindset work & sequencing for new yoga teachers.
Emily is based in a small town along the Ohio River.
The first yoga class she ever attended was terrible. The teacher wasn't welcoming at all and neither were any of the students so she chalked it up to yoga not being for her. But that wasn’t the end of her Yoga story. She is now a yoga teacher with an inspiring story, specially for the new(er) yoga teachers.
Two years passed after she received her 200 hour certification until she found the courage to begin teaching. She was too afraid and felt like she still didn't know enough. She didn't feel ready. She was a mom and thought she didn't have the time. All the excuses, etc., etc.
