In this episode, John shares that as followers of Christ and Battle Prayer Warriors we must love God. What is one way we can love Him? John 14:21 says “He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.” When we love God we will obey Him. Not obeying out of fear, but obeying because we love Him.

In this episode, John shares that as followers of Christ and Battle Prayer Warriors we must be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Paul prayed for the Colossians in chapter one that they would be strengthened with might in their inner man. In Philippians 4:13, Paul said, “I can do all things through Christ, who strengtheneth me”. He understood that he needed to be strengthened by Christ. If you're going to be a Battle Prayer Warrior you’re going to have to be strong, strong in the grace, strong in the faith, strong in longsuffering, joyfulness and patience. Battle prayer warriors, we’ve got to be strong.

In this episode, John shares that as followers of Christ and Battle Prayer Warriors one thing that can shake our faith is the contrary conditions that arise against us as we are following Jesus. The Bible says that by His stripes we are healed, but we are experiencing symptoms in our body. The Bible says He will supply our needs, but an unexpected bill came in the mail. Why are there so many contradictions while walking in faith? Because we live in a fallen world and Satan is against us. But those trials can only make us stronger as we decide to fully trust what God has said in His Word, regardless of what the circumstances may look like. We must Fight The Good Fight Of Faith.

In this episode, John shares that as followers of Christ and Battle Prayer Warriors we can not live in un forgiveness and try to work faith at the same time, because faith only works in the atmosphere of love. Where there is no forgiveness, there is no love.
It is many times difficult to forgive when we feel pain, but the secret is to look to Jesus. When He was on the cross He was in pain, but He still forgave, “Father, forgive them”. You don’t have to be healed to forgive, you just need to be on a cross, crucified with Christ.

In this episode, John shares that there is conditional and unconditional prophecy. With unconditional prophecy, God is going to make that word come to pass all by Himself. With conditional prophecy, it requires us to meet some kind of condition. As followers of Christ and Battle Prayer Warriors we must become the Prophetic Intercessors of our own life. In this episode, John shares that as followers of Christ and Battle Prayer Warriors, Faith is a way of life. It is not something we do in a crisis, but it is the way we live everyday. We also need to raise champion children, and one way we can do that is not to only brag about the external attributes, but to affirm their inner character. Your children are your first disciples. Don’t affirm the natural over the spiritual. Our goal should be to raise up children to be prayer warriors for the next generation.

After we pray in tongues, then we can begin to pray with our understanding. What is happening here? We are praying out the interpretation of what we prayed in tongues. We are praying out with our understanding what we already prayed in the spirit.

The reason faith doesn't work for a lot of people is because they only believe, speak, and act occasionally, when there's a crisis. Faith must become a lifestyle. That means we don't ever speak anything contrary, believe anything contrary, or act out of line with God's Word.

The more humble you are… the more you are going to be talking to Him, the more you are going to be seeking His face. In this episode, John shares how as a follower of Christ we sometimes go through times of “dryness” in the spirit. God will allow the church to go through those times of dryness so they’ll get thirsty again and begin to pray. If you’re going through a dry time, it’s okay! God is wanting you to get thirsty again!
