Victoria Engasser was one of the very first creators to sign with Friends of Zink. Less than a month after working with her within the non exclusive division, we signed her exclusively. While her audience was still considered micro, we saw something special: an incredible work ethic, a clear content strategy, and consistently high quality content.
At the time, we weren't sure how brands would respond to a creator with a smaller following, but we knew she was worth the bet.
Fast forward five months, and Victoria is on track to earn six figures from content creation alone.
I knew I had to bring her on the podcast to break down exactly how she's doing it. In this episode, Victoria shares the strategies, mindset shifts, and business decisions that helped her turn a micro audience into a highly profitable creator brand.
She holds nothing back. We cover everything from brand partnerships and content strategy to work ethic and growth so you can learn how to build a successful creator business at any follower count.

I came across Karin Hadadan on social media and was immediately drawn to everything she's building. She's a three-time published author, has gone through her own spiritual awakening, and has turned her healing journey into a platform that helps others do the same.
In this episode, we get into all of it: how she started writing poetry at 16, the health crisis that led to her spiritual awakening, what manifestation and aligned action actually look like in practice, and the tools she leans on to stay grounded. It's an honest, grounded conversation about healing, faith, and creating from a place of wholeness.
This episode was such a full circle moment for me. Back in 2017, when I first started my spiritual and “girl boss” journey, I discovered Krista’s podcast Almost 30 and instantly became obsessed. This was before spirituality became mainstream and before podcasts were everywhere. I felt like I was following a very similar path to Krista, just a few steps behind, and I consumed every episode and guest she shared.
Krista played a huge role in helping me shape the life I wanted. From manifesting my partner to building a career and lifestyle that actually felt aligned, her content deeply influenced my journey.
In this conversation, we talk about what spirituality looks like for both of us in 2026 and how our perspectives have evolved over time. We reflect on the shift from being obsessed with psychics, tarot readers, and constant seeking to finding more peace in simplicity, grounding, and trusting ourselves.
We also dive into the evolution of Almost 30 over the last decade, what it’s been like for Krista to grow both personally and professionally in public, and how her practices and beliefs have changed over the years.
This episode felt incredibly meaningful and special to me, and I’m so grateful I got to have this conversation with someone who unknowingly helped shape so much of my path.

There’s a lot of speculation around influencer management, and creators have plenty of questions. In this episode, I’m answering the ones you sent in!
In light of Bieberchella and all the brands bringing creators to the festival, I wanted to share tips and tricks on how creators can position themselves to get invited to brand trips. The key word here is relationships and why building them really matters. This episode is for creators who want to attend more brand trips and understand the reality behind how it all works.
In this episode, I dive deeper into a topic I often talk about, management. I break down what to look for, what to avoid, and why choosing the right management is so critical. Management matters more than you think. The wrong manager is not just unhelpful, they can actively hold you back, damage your progress, and set your career off course.

Her platform quickly grew, and Sam launched Mindfull, a powerful digital platform and app created for women who are ready to heal, thrive, and take control of their well-being. I know we all desire familiarity, but perhaps all of this change is just welcoming space for a better life x

So many people hate change and growth periods - I know this because this used to be me! We need to normalize letting go of energy and people who no longer serve us in order to grow as a being on this earth. Change and transition are all part of life and we need to embrace it. Without growing pains, we'd stay the same forever. Read that again.

When organizing our Beyond Profiles campaign with Cybersmile Foundation I immediately thought of Sydney Gordon to get her thoughts on working with us. Being in the industry, I know that what you see on TV isn't always real. Especially reality TV where it is the producers job to edit the content and put out a wildly entertaining show that will capture the attention of people of all ages. After the show aired, people took this edit too seriously, not understanding that Sydney is not the person she was made out to be. Sydney was immediately cyberbullied and attacked - one of the worst I've ever seen. It didn't stop. It was viral, it was a wild fire, it was ruining her life and wellbeing. No one cared. As long as they could go viral, as long as they could bring someone down, as long as they could take their problems out on someone besides themselves. Sydney received social hate, threatening phone calls, people harassing her family and trying their hardest to ruin her business she worked so hard to build. Sydney couldn't leave bed and had crippling anxiety. She was crushed.
After speaking with Sydney, she immediately wanted to support the campaign by sharing her story. Ultimately she hopes to use her story to get this important conversation started, end cyberbullying and help others struggling. When we met up, I was shocked at what people had said about Sydney, because that is not her. She is thoughtful, intelligent, genuine and sweet. To know Sydney is to love her. After chatting with her, you immediately want to be her friend - you feel like you've known her for years. What broke my heart is that all of the people cyberbullying Sydney don't know the real her. It was important for her to come on and finally share her story. Nothing has been edited.

++ episode 86: taking immediate action to start a business idea and figuring out the details later, failing & working through the kinks along the way, not needing a roadmap to succeed & starting a company with no money feat. Ellen Bennett

Excited to share more on our cyberbullying movement and why I started this in the first place. I feel extremely passionate about being the change and having people join in to help make social media a positive place again. I also discuss finding your purpose in this world without it being transactional. Doing something for good and not for money or success is key in life fulfillment. I also share how you can make your intuitive thoughts a reality!
I had the realization that every panel and podcast that I've listened to had the same information: action-just get started, community-surround yourself with other entrepreneurs, routine, meditation, impostor syndrome, etc!
While all of this is great, there is a lot that entrepreneurs aren't sharing about owning a business that may not always be positive. I think it's also important to share the realness of everyday life and lessons business owners face throughout their journey.
Had a great chat with Sam "Moouse" Messina where we discuss breaking out of society's norms to work in a career that you love! The path of Sam's life changed in college when he had brain surgery after having an aneurysm. I've been seeing the trending topic of Influencer fatigue and people asking 'are we over Influencers?' I've also had media outlets reach out to me for quotes given my 10+ years of experience with Influencers and PR. I have a lot to say regarding this topic - let's get into it!
I've been seeing Pua healing through her sound bath classes at all of LA's hot spots [Remedy Place, Equinox, etc] and had to get her on the podcast! I wanted to hear her story and pick her brain on sound bath benefits as I have been wanting to share more ways of holistic healing with my audience, friends, circle etc! We had such a fun, light hearted and spiritual conversation laughing the whole time. Pua's energy is beautiful and you immediately want to be her best friend! Pua shares how she broke her back through competing in gymnastics her whole life [all the way to UCLA!] and went the holistic route of healing through visualization. She then intuitively went into practicing sound bath healing to help others! Pua is an entrepreneur through and through and the sky's the limit with her! She shares her future plans of opening a sanctuary and how she plans to get there through connections, building, practice, expanding and of course visualization ;)
We also chat eye gazing, mental health, getting to know yourself again after life changes, finding life purpose and manifesting soulmates.
Excited for you to hear this one!

There's a small voice inside of you, sometimes even faint telling you what direction to go and what choices to make. Some people listen and some people ignore it. The difference between these two sets of people is that the first set never settled, embodies happiness, are fulfilled and beyond successful in every way imaginable. They are exactly where they are supposed to be. The second set chose familiarity and comfort -- never truly feeling satisfied and at peace. Stop controlling every aspect of your life and instead let destiny guide you.
Walking through my current favorites and new purchases! I share what I've been loving and implementing into my rituals. We'll also go through all of the new products/items I've bought this month and will of course give honest reviews once tried. Enjoy!
It's easy to want to copy someone who is doing their craft well, but if you do that you're essentially stealing their hard work, vision and ideas. Faking it & cloning in hopes of having their success.
If you can't create your own content, business, brand, designs [etc] then you shouldn't be in the space. If you need to copy people, then you don't have the talent to do what they do, so find something that actually suits you and your natural talents. We need to keep promoting originality and calling out imposters! Everyone can win in their own right - remember that.
Want to be the greatest and welcome endless success into your life? Well, that begins with your mindset and if you actually believe that you are worthy of it. Limiting beliefs will always hold you back from reaching your goals, potential and dream life. Here's how to make the shift and come into greatness!

We live our lives chasing dreams, but what we don't realize is that our dreams were meant for us from the very beginning. Even if we can't see it or feel it, our dreams are attracted to us and are indeed chasing us. They'll catch up in divine timing and you'll work simultaneously to make it your reality! Be patient and trust.
It's important to stay true to yourself and stick to your boundaries across all areas of life. If the person, opportunity or situation doesn't align or respect them, then it's best you are aware in the beginning stages, so you can find something or someone that does. Never give up your boundaries - you're meant to be placed with people and situations that make sense for you, not give up what you believe in or want in life to please others.
Sat down with Dancer/Model/Influencer Christie Val and spoke about everything from diverse representation within the Modeling and Social Media industry to finding empowerment through dance and knowing what is meant for you and what is not. All successful people have one common denominator and this one thing changes it all! Remember, mindset is everything. Remove limiting beliefs and know that you're worthy of your dream future.

I sat down with Actress / Producer Paola Paulin and had one of the most inspiring and valuable conversations. Paola shares how she manifested her first show HBO's Ballers with The Rock and Mark Wahlberg, her life as an Actress and Producer in Los Angeles and she gives insight into the acting industry as a whole. We all need to be better at enjoying this crazy thing called life and all of the lessons the universe has for us throughout. Stop wishing for the next big milestone and start living in the present moment. Take time to be grateful for what you have now even if it might not be your end goal or seem large enough to celebrate. You will find that once you are grateful for what you have each step of the way, the universe will reward you with more blessings.
Sat down with Content Creator and Model Tim Lambert. We discuss modeling, the male Influencer space, creating social content, as well as the social media comparison game and how to avoid it. Yes you can have that dream love that you only see in movies and read in books. I share in detail how to manifest your soulmate! Your twin flame! You may have not even met them yet, but you will find one another in divine timing. Location, time and circumstances won't get in the way of what is meant to be. Never settle for anything less than your person that makes you whole!
Are you an Influencer / Creator ready to take on management, but you don't know where to start or what to look for? More importantly, what to stay away from? I talk about different types of management agencies, what to look for, what to ask and what the red flags are. Enjoy! Wishing you the best of luck on your search and journey in this industry.
When I got to a place where I could hire employees I made sure that I only took on people who trusted me, my vision and believed in the company through and through. Part of my vision was having an employment structure that was all my own and didn't follow the traditional landscape that other companies offered. A big thing for me was to create an agency by my rules and not copy other ceo's guidelines or follow the "norm". I value my employees, treat them as family, build them to be the best that they can be and show them how to find purpose and passion.
The beautiful thing about this journey of life is that we are constantly shedding old skin and coming into new versions of ourselves. The growing pains feel strange, painful, exciting and even confusing. However, we must be aware that this is only leading us into the next chapter of our lives where you start to realize that everything is actually aligning just as it should. In divine timing. All is well. Welcome this new version of yourself and get to know them.
Carly and I chat why we will always choose our non-stop industry over traditional 9-5 standards, work-life balance, routine, favorite campaigns, creators, dating and more!
When Joe was living in New York City, he downloaded dating apps and started finding various things wrong with each app's system or rather how people were using them. Joe felt that rarely any real connections stemmed from the way people were using online dating platforms. Endless swiping, multiple dates, and not focusing / seeing through one person's connection.
The pandemic hit and Joe, who was previously working in finance started putting together what his idea of a successful dating app looked like. The branding, the system, a team and who could back his idea and be a beneficial long term investor. Alas, FROME was born!
Joe talks through launching the app, what he feels other dating apps systems lack, being confident in dating, how to find long term investors that are a fit, marketing and overall being an entrepreneur that is always evolving in the space. I also ask Joe some Zink After Dark dating advice that you'll want to hear!

I sat down with Marlaina Pate, the Founder of the app Organically Grounded. Marlaina began her health and wellness journey when she was diagnosed with scoliosis at the age of 10 years old. She wanted to be proactive and ensure that she was treating her scoliosis early on to help with her future. Marlaina soon realized that treating scoliosis and learning different techniques was expensive and not everyone had the means to do it. Finding this gap led her to her starting a website and app to provide those with scoliosis different workouts to lengthen and strengthen their spine as well as sharing a plethora of information she had learned throughout her journey.
We also discuss living in Los Angeles, the modeling industry, putting together events, starting her app as well as a fun Zink After Dark rapid fire.
Marlaina is an ambitious woman and one to watch! I loved hearing about her journey and how she took her diagnosis and turned it into a career led by passion to help and support others.

The older I've gotten, the more intentional I am with the people I let into my circle across the board; work, friendships, relationships and acquaintances. Once they are in, I build each of those relationships on respect and loyalty while expecting the same energy in return. Remember if you want people to respect you and genuinely be there for you, you need to give off that same genuine energy. Good people are attracted to good people. Respect is attracted to respect. Lead and embody this energy in every way! And if the person on the other side is not reciprocating that same energy, remove them from the circle. They will then be matched with others with the same negativity.
I sat down with my client [Actor/Model/Creator] Fabian Arnold and discussed his inspiring journey. From being scouted by a modeling agency to moving across the world and finding different passions along the way- Fabian's story will motivate you to follow your dreams and encourage you to get out of your comfort zone.

Do you find yourself dating, dating, and dating and never having anything turn into a relationship? Feeling discouraged and overthinking? I go through some tips, tricks and steps that will turn your countless dates into solid, long term relationships. Try these out and you will find the success you've been looking for. Do remember though that if someone is not meant for you, then they aren't meant for you. Accept and move forward. Part 2 coming soon!
With the ever changing landscape of Influencer marketing and being a boutique agency, I am a bit more selective with who we sign on. Reasoning is that I want to ensure that if we sign new talent we are able to get them consistent revenue and goal partnerships. We don't believe in people just sitting on the roster and I will never run my business that way. I share what I look for when signing a client in 2023 and also share insight into what brands are looking for as well!
In this episode I talk about how I have been finding happiness in moments, places and things while discovering so much clarity in silence. The older we get, the more selective we are with what brings us happiness, so it's important to find what those things are again and make time for them. I thrive with rituals, not routines.
I then get into the difference between dreamers and doers! What separates the two is that the doers don't wait around daydreaming about what could be. They take action towards their goal, make this goal a reality and won't let anything get in their way. Success, abundance and prosperity are attracted to the doers. Let's chat about it!
I've been wanting to try Reiki after hearing so many positive stories about the practice. Finally in December I booked a virtual session with Tara Tigress and hopped on the podcast to record my experience just moments after wrapping. I had such a wonderful session with Tara, but felt that I wasn't able to properly speak to the energy healing as I am no expert and had only done one session. Instead, I asked Tara if she'd come on the podcast and share her knowledge and experiences in the healing space. Tara ultimately left her traditional 9-5 to follow her dreams and intuition and has never looked back. She knows that the universe would never guide her down the wrong path and finds the journey to be a beautiful one.
Tara is an oracle, intuitive teacher, transformational coach, master energy worker, and retreat curator.
This is one of my favorite episodes packed with so much valuable information. I could have sat with Tara for hours! Excited for you all to listen!

Do you ever feel like you need clarity or guidance? An intuitive craving to know your next steps for growth, fullfilment and prosperity? A lot of us feel this, but don't know what to do in order to receive it. The best way to welcome direction and receive answers is to sit with yourself and block out all of the outside noise. Once you do this, the answers will come.

Carly was one of my first interns back in 2019 [picture this: only 4 clients and my vision]. Once the timing was right and I was in a place to do so [August 2021], I asked her to come on as my first salaried employee and even more MAJOR.. MY COO!!
Carly has been by my side since the very beginning and her story is such an inspirational one! Not many people can say they became the COO of a company at 24 years old. This story will give you chills and show you that you don't have to be like everyone else, you can have your own journey and when you find peace in that, everything will align. We also talk about Carly's experience leaving a small town in South Carolina to live in different states month to month, not settling and finding her own independence. This episode is a special one for me! Enjoy!
Something about me is I LOVE meeting new people and making new friendships! I've been this way ever since moving to New York City in 2013. I'm a different person each chapter of my life so it's important that I allow new energies into my life along the way that align with the person that I am becoming.
We are seeing the highest number of Influencer events, trips and festival houses than ever before. Are they beneficial for the brand? I discuss my thoughts on the recent ones that we've been seeing and if I felt that they were a success in terms of ROI. I also share some insight into tactics that would help the brands maximize efforts for these initiatives to ensure that they receive sales, brand awareness and relevance.
The social media landscape is changing and evolving year after year. From 2014 to 2023 and with the rapid rise of TikTok, the space has gotten saturated with a high number of creators therefore providing brands and agencies with a high number options to choose from. Brands have also officially jumped on the TikTok bandwagon to appeal to the Gen Z target demographic and we've seen them now prioritizing Influential yet authentic creators on the app that have consistently high views. Let's dive into the topic where I share what I have been seeing so far this year and answering everyone's number one question "Are budgets lower this year?"

I met Kyleen two years ago in LA through mutual friends. This was the same time that she had made one of the most important as well as hardest decisions and started navigating what that next phase of life looked like. I remember thinking how much I admired her bravery and ultimately doing what she knew was the right decision even though it was an extremely difficult one to make.
I truly believe that people come into our lives for a reason, season, or lifetime. It's up to us to follow our intuition and be aware of when someone's time with us has run its course and what the reason is for our human connection with them.
Kyleen's story is a powerful one and I'm so grateful that she shared it with us.
Negative life experiences can leave us lacking confidence and playing the comparison game. After years of companies not listening to my ideas and finding myself in toxic relationships I was able to reclaim my confidence back. I now lead with confidence and embody it in every way that I can. Lets all have 'cut the line' energy and remove anything in our lives taking away from our self worth - it's time!
I LOVED this chat with Morgan Harvill [singer, songwriter, actress, influencer] and we cover everything from relationships and social media to going viral on TikTok. Morgan shares how she gained a large following on Instagram in 2016, her facetune era years back [image dysmorphia], coming into her confidence, finding a community on social media and tips / tricks for going viral. Everyone has guardian angels / spirit guides who help them stay on course. We often mistake things not working out as us not being worthy enough, smart enough, pretty enough when in reality the reason is that it is simply just not meant for you. While you're evolving your spirit guides will help you dodge what is not meant to be part of your journey. It's up to you to understand, accept and keep moving forward towards what is meant to come into your life.

The social media landscape has changed drastically in the past 5 years. From blog posts in 2018 to GRWM's in 2023. I talk through my experience as an Influencer Agent throughout these years and all of the changes that I have seen. This is an ever changing industry which is exciting and opens the door for new creators to blow up, but also brings stress to creators who struggle with changing what they are used to with a new era of trends.

We always talk about their dating experiences in Los Angeles and this time we let you in on the tea. We also talk about moving across the country and making new friendships. What to look for in a new friend and what red flags are. Enjoy lovelies! X

It's important to always choose your happiness in this life. Set boundaries, learn to say no and know what's ultimately best for YOU! Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique. The predominate form of reiki practiced throughout the world today, also known as Usui reiki, was created by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. It’s a complementary or alternative health approach. Reiki does not directly cure diseases or illnesses. Instead, it’s used as a way to manage symptoms and improve general well-being. via Healthline

My friend, your mind is such a powerful tool, why do you fill it with a negative narrative? Let's take control of the narrative, re-program our thoughts, visualize what our dreams truly look like and embody, and put in the action.
It's time to remove those limiting beliefs and fill our thoughts with positive affirmation. This episode holds the key to moving into your dream life.
You ARE worthy!
I manifested going to the AMA's and share the entire story with you!
Manifesting is about turning your dreams into a reality. Keep in mind: it doesn't happen overnight, you must be patient. Trust in the divine timing that is in store for you.

In this episode I start off by sharing how this past week I have been using angel numbers for moments that I need clarity on and how the universe has been sending me signs to help me further evolve in my journey.
I also discuss how I have been able to navigate my life without ever having a game plan and in return have been able to dodge that let down feeling, comparing myself to others and stressing to stay on a bullshit, traditional to-do list. Don't compare your journey to others -- our lives are not supposed to mimic one another's. We have our own beautiful path to be grateful for.
Try letting go of being in control of your life all of the time and instead enjoy your day to day. I bet you'll feel less anxious and more excited about life!
In this solo episode I share the real and full story behind starting my business. From laying out the groundwork, to walking out of my 9-5 [yes i literally walked out midday], working my butt off and manifesting my dream career, success and wealth.
I truly believe that Zink Talent is my soul purpose and I finally feel fulfilled each and every day. My hope is that you leave this feeling a sense of positive energy, motivation, drive or hope. You too can live your most abundant/blissful life! Sometimes it all just begins with betting on ourselves...
"Your 'Soul purpose' is your ultimate purpose in life – it is your destiny and higher calling. "
Sat down with social media Influencer / Entrepreneur Victoria Alario to chat all things confidence, dating, manifesting, & mindset. This is an episode you won't want to miss - I even got chills and left the conversation with a new mindset / take on how to handle situations. She shares valuable approaches that you can use in every aspect of your life.
We had a blast and didn't even get to chatting about evolving in the Influencer space / starting a business, so part 2 coming your way in a few weeks!

I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for my NYC PR agency experience. Be grateful for the journey yada yada yada. That doesn't mean that the environment wasn't toxic as hell though! I thought it would be so fun to bring on two of my old colleagues / friends Kaylee Conley and Jacob Stetson to chat about our agency experience, me tragically getting fired, learnings and our good ol' memories!

My narrative began to drastically change once I started choosing myself, practicing spirituality and working on something that gave me purpose.
I was finally in alignment with my dream life. All of the words in my journal weren't just words anymore. I was living them with gratitude.
But, let's start from the beginning, shall we?
XX,
Samantha
