God doesn't want us to stay down or let any outside voices stop us from getting close to him. He want us to know we are worthy and lights to this world. He says " Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. God will remove any negativity and lack mindset from my mind if you come to him for help. He will renew your body, soul and mind. Stay tuned in with your word and seek God for confirmation and guidance.
Personally mental health is very important to me and I truly believe it is something we need to strive towards daily. Getting your mentality together will not only ensure peace but it will bring abilities to accomplish daily things. Additionally it lives you room to brainstorm and think outside the norms. Learn about your wants and needs it will help accomplish those necessities. Strive to be great everyday and the best version of yourself!
I know we all struggle with consistency when it comes with getting close to God. Just try to push yourself and God will do the rest for you. Stay focused on the goal in building a strong foundation with God that no one can break, not even evil doers can penetrate. You are in charge of the road you take, I advice you take a good path.
Self love is the best love! Loving yourself will make you do things you'd never thought of. It will contribute greater things in your life. For instance, changes and development of mindset. Also for example, the way you carry yourself, mannerism, and every day aspects will evolve! Write down why you love yourself if your struggling to be consistent with it then go from there!
Heavy on the "Team Work Makes The Dream Work" it's literally one of my favorite saying because its so true! I believe working as a team contributes to accomplishing bigger goals in life. Having the right people in your corner is very important, think about who is there for you mentally, finally and spiritually now rather than later. At one point you will need to do so.

Finding a significant other is very important! I truly believe we need to be more intentional when it comes to finding a long lasting relationship. Try to think before you act on what your mind wants. Think long term instead of right now! I know dating is fun but we are all getting older and need to find someone valuable to settle down for!
I know we all struggle in some way of showing appreciation to God. But he works in miraculous ways. Be thankful for the big and little things God do. He will always provide! In the book "Finding I Am" Chapter 2, it talks about some way we do lose trust and faith in God but yet he is always there and multiple our needs. Just believe!
BOY O BOY, when I tell you this spiritual warfare isn't a joke! But I have some tips to help through this process. Staying strong and pushing fourth when these circumstances come along is how you can sustain a continual growth.
Having a real friend is very important, someone you can rely on and will be there through the good or bad is well needed to sustain a solid foundation.
