Anxiety, what is happening to me? Hosted by Efrosinya Vshivkoff. In this episode we talk about how our brain doesn’t distinguish between a real threat or a perceived threat during a conversation. When a spouse, child, or best friend is talking about something that feels threatening to us we feel anxious. We feel this persistent feeling of dread and that causes us to want to state our opinion or interrupt the conversation. That’s our bodies way of stopping the perceived threat. Learning to manage our reaction will help ease the anxiety and allow more deeper meaningful conversations. To learn more about nano silver click on this link. This podcast is about listening and feeling anxiety while you're trying to listen. I will cover listening to a friend, a spouse or partner, and a child.

Speaking to a friend I will cover feeling self-conscious, drinking alcohol to tamp down your anxiety, scared you will forget your idea, and talking a lot.

Speaking to a spouse or partner I will cover expectations, scared they are planning one executing on what they are talking about, fear of not being heard, talking about their feelings towards something you did, already heard that story before, and when you hate the idea they are talking about.

Speaking to a child I will cover being afraid of what they will say, thinking of all the things that need to get done instead of focusing on your child, and giving your child options.

We will finish off with psalm 69. How asking God to quickly help you in the moment is encouraged so that you're a better listener and not giving in to your feelings of anxiety.

If you are doing everything possible for your anxiety and praying for help and still nothing is helping. Check out Cell Defender. That's what I take and has helped me so much. www.avinihealth.com/effie

In this episode we will talk about habits sleeping, praying, eating, and socializing. A few changes I would like to leave you with is leave your cell phone in a different room an hour before bed. Second, when starting a fast: write down why you’re fasting. Is it for some sins you have committed, a life change you want, for your children to have a life change, or for someone in your community or the whole community to have a life change? Having a reason really helps God work miracles in your life. In this episode we talk about how our anxiety fuels our anger and using yelling as an outlet. We will cover anxiety that switches to anger and then we can’t enjoy our normal routine. Last of all, we will go through examples of expectations we might have for our children, spouses, and people in our lives. I will also cover how our fears can cause us to build anxiety up without us even realizing it until we are exploding our feelings on someone. If you or someone is experiencing anxiety even if you already implement all the self care but still can’t beat it it could be heavy metal toxicity, toxins, or microbes. The stuff that I personally take is cell defender and Zmunity and it has helped me so much. God has blessed me by putting this healing stuff in my life and I’m happy to share it with you also. In this episode we will cover a few different points on: what does it say in the Bible about languages. Anxieties we might feel when we read the Bible in English. If your soul is at peace, it’s easy to pray in Slavic and feel the healing and the joy from the prayer but when your soul is in turmoil, when you feel so choked up with sadness, your prayers need words that you can understand. Words that can soothe your aching heart. Words that can calm the turmoil in your mind. Words that can calm the ache in your belly that you can feel pushing up into your throat. Words that can center you to feel a release of the pent-up sadness, anger, and feeling that you just don’t belong in this world. That what you are doing right now in the present is not and does not feel like where you should be. Last of all, when we understand what we are reading we are able to use the information in our lives. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/efrosinya-vshivkoff/support

What an honor to have Dr. Tomas on my show this week and his perspective on anxiety.  He talks about how the root cause of anxiety is toxicity.  There are three different types of toxins that cause chronic inflammation and cause our cells to lose contact to communicate with each other.  There is the emotional toxins.  The chemical toxins and last of all the physical toxins. The secret weapon to reduce anxiety is love.
