Just sharing some weight loss tips and my personal experience with losing weight. It took a year for my weight to come off so if you're going through your own weight loss journey be patient with yourself and be consistent.
I think people should be aware of how Youtube operates and treats its creators. I also want to bring awareness to the issues CoryXKenshin and ProZD mentioned in their videos. Youtube's new policy is trash and the unbearable ads don't make the platform better.
