If you have suffered tragic losses, addiction, loss of will, confidence, motivation, making horrible choices, and doing insane things out of fear, loss, and rejection...you're not alone and you are certainly not stuck! I've been there and have overcome the obstacles that kept me from achieving personal goals and peace of mind. I'll share stories and offer anecdotes on how I have continuously overcome adversity and pray that it all helps at least one person discover the potential that is right at their fingertips and move past any current pain, limitations, and lack of confidence to joy/love.

By the end, you will have a very fun way to get a grip on your emotions and thoughts which will lead you to experience more joy and fulfillment in spite of the painful things.

We tell our stories to heal, help, grow, learn, inspire, and motivate. My hope is that you get exactly what you need at exactly the right moment you need it from these stories. Stick around after the story is told for the personal, professional, and spiritual exercise for the week.

"The night my father was stabbed and other hilarious stories from my childhood" is the first in a series of episodes about overcoming trauma, living in the peaceful now, and making the decision to act. We can't control how we react in extreme situations but we can control how we act. Gaining control of our actions now may change how we react later.

All episodes are based on my program "The Ants Go Marching" that I created to help my clients find joy in spite of the painful things and create the confidence to move forward and achieve the dreams that have been put off due to fear, complacency, or loss.

Stop Dreaming. Get it Done.

God bless you!

Love, Chrissy
