Jesus left the 99 to get the 1. Oftentimes we feel like we are forgotten and that God is not speaking to us. I explain a bit of my Job moment and how God revealed to me that he never punished me, but he used my separation to teach me about idolizations. In Christ we are a new creation. Sometimes sitting in silence at his feet is all we need.
perfectionism is not slay is a quick and sweet testimony and word of encouragement that God’s plan is so much bigger than us. Manipulating His plan for us sets us off path. Ask Him for encouragement and seek Him before it all (Matthew 6:33-34). Btw, we are not robots over here, we’re children of God, never striving for perfection but always striving to please Jesus and to reflect His love and light as He calls us to in this life.
