Welcome to a revamped version of my podcast, 8 Billion Ways of Being, which celebrates all of our uniquenesses using Human Design, Astrology and the Gene Keys. For this first episode of the new season, we hit the ground running with the sun in Gate 47.. aka the gate of the open mind, the earth in Gate 22, and I share some affirmations and reflection questions to get you through the week.

I took a short break from recording podcasts to sit and listen to why I was feeling so stuck in my content over the last few episodes. Having worked with the lunar cycles religiously for the last 3 years, I felt like I was losing my passion and actually, it was all moving a bit too quick for me.
Working with lunar cycles and patterns requires you to live in a 28 day cycle - 14 days of growth, 14 days of rest and release. Truth is, this cycle has become quite difficult to live by religiously and whilst the lunar cycles will always hold a special place in my heart and I will continue to weave them into my teachings, they're not the 'be all and end all' they once were.
What is taking over more fully for me is seasonal cycles and wheel of the year ceremonies, something I really only started to delve into more deeply last year, alongside my soul expression and light language transmissions. So, I intend to make series 2 a little less rigid in format, and discuss wheel of the year, astrological happenings, share transmissions as they come in and just keep you up to date on what's happening with the energy of the moment.

With March being such a BIG month for energy, it only felt right to add a new sound healing and meditation to the roster. This one is good for thawing out the energy in the body, releasing, and getting you ready for a new start, new beginning, or new year!

Well, there's SO much going on in March that instead of providing two updates, I've decided to do an update, and a 20 minute sound healing as a secondary update for you to just... use when you need to.
March has lots going on, and I mean lots! We had the full moon in Virgo, we've got two big planets shifting signs, we've got the start of the astrological year, AND the beginning of Spring with the equinox. It's a big shift from where we've been.
So, my best advice? Take it steady and really NOTICE what's going on...
