God is not the author of confusion, but of peace is a verse from the Bible, 1 Corinthians 14:33. Due to this biblical truth, the devil excels at causing confusion in the minds of individuals, often infiltrating through arguments and conflicts that breed convolution. Convolution, the opposite of clarity, hampers sound decision-making concerning people, places, and things. It is imperative to distance oneself from influences that do not align with this principle, even if they initially appear positive, as they may reveal themselves as subtle negatives over time. Destiny swapping is a serious concept that many people may not be aware of, leading them to experience challenges in their lives. Also referred to as a demonic exchange, destiny swapping can occur for various reasons and through different means. It may involve someone feeling jealous of you, coveting what you possess, or seeking to trade their misfortunes for your blessings. This can manifest in ways such as hindering your marriage, fertility, career, or financial prosperity. The essence of a destiny swap lies in someone connecting with your destiny and attempting to trade theirs for yours.
Indicators of a destiny swap may be observed when individuals exhibit behaviors, have acquired results or possess qualities that seem incongruent with their true selves. For instance, an attractive person may display unattractive traits, while someone perceived as less attractive may exude charm and allure—an analogy often referred to as the "ugly duckling/beautiful swan" swap.

Guilt and shame are not attributes of God. While God calls us to be accountable and repent for our actions, He does not condemn us.
Guilt is the feeling of deserving blame for one's actions, while shame involves a sense of humiliating disgrace or disrepute, often leading to a perception of being fundamentally flawed or defective.
Through repentance, which is God's will, we can release ourselves from the burden of guilt and shame, as it is through this process that we can find forgiveness and renewal.
It is important to recognize that guilt and shame can be tools of the devil, used to manipulate and hinder our spiritual growth. In our next episode, we will explore this spiritual mystery and uncover how these negative emotions can be transformed through understanding and faith.

Love ❤️ Bombing is a Narcissistic manipulative tactic used in romantic relationships or even friendships, where one person overwhelms the other with excessive displays of affection, attention, and praise in order to gain control and manipulate their emotions. It is often used to establish a deep emotional connection and make the recipient feel special and desired. However, love bombing is not a genuine expression of love, but rather a form of emotional manipulation that can lead to feelings of confusion, dependence, and vulnerability in the recipient. It is important to be aware of the signs of love bombing and to establish healthy boundaries in relationships to protect oneself from emotional harm.

Everyone is talking about narcissism today but most of these so called experts have no mental health background. Doesn’t make them totally wrong in their analysis but they tend to stigmatize and rarely discuss the root causes of narcissism. In addition, I believe mental health providers have also failed to discuss the root causes of narcissism and the different types of narcissists. For example, covert narcissism and altruistic narcissism. If you believe all narcissism is overt and theatrical, you will miss the subtle narcissists and they can be the most dangerous of them all.

As you may or may not know, the devil is extraordinarily clever. However, as children of God, we are to be as clever as a serpent. Be ye therefore wise as serpents and harmless as doves (**Matthew 10:16)
How can one be as clever as a serpent, if one cannot identify the serpent, nor the serpent’s ways or his devices? The only way is, to be aware and to understand the nature of the serpent.

Defining Abuse
Abuse is defined as any action that intentionally harms or injures another person. In short, someone who purposefully harms another, in any way is committing abuse. There are many kinds of abuse encountered by adults, including:
- physical abuse
- psychological abuse
- rape
- sexual assault
- verbal abuse
- elder abuse
- financial abuse
- spiritual abuse
- emotional abuse
Abuse usually starts with earlier caregivers and the enemy uses parents and those who were put in your life to guide, coach and protect you to facilitate the job.

Due to many citizens in society addressing narcissism and leaving out the actual mental disorder and where it stems from, I decided to explain the condition from the diagnostic criteria, research and clinical experience.
Description: Narcissistic Personality Disorder is a pervasive pattern of grandiosity, need for admiration and lack of empathy that begins to show signs by early adulthood. Narcissists have a grandiose sense of self importance. It is displayed in, overestimating their abilities, inflating their accomplishments, often appearing boastful and pretentious. They rarely contribute to others.
Pre-Occupied Success: They often pre-occupied with unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty or ideal love. Yes, narcissists can be love addicts, often falling in love at first sight and discarding lovers once the honeymoon faze is over. They may ruminate about long overdue admiration and privilege and often compare themselves to famous or privileged people. They are often haughty. Narcissism is a self-esteem disorder, requiring overcompensation and masking of low self, through conceit and arrogance.
They are often snobbish, disdainful, inauthentic and patronizing. They are very condescending towards others.
Personality: Individuals with narcissism believe they are special, superior or unique and expect others to recognize them as such. They may feel they are too special and should only be associated with people who are high status, unique, perfect or gifted. Narcissists often think their needs are more important than others. Their self-esteem is enhanced or mirrored by the idealized value they assign to those whom they associate. They insist on having the top (Doctor, Lawyer, Friend, Hairdresser, Instructor, etc) or being affiliated with the best situations. They also like to be associated with people whom they view as being more successful and or are admirable, beautiful and popular because in their eyes, they must be too. They often split, by valuing people whose success they admire and devaluing those who disappoint them.
Narcissists have very fragile self-esteem, so they are often pre-occupied with how favorable they are regarded by others. They may even expect their arrival to elicit fanfare or a standing ovation. They often fish for compliments. They are also very entitled people. They desire favoritism and often expect the most from people, while draining others and rarely deserving what they expect from others. They usually treat waiters/ waitresses , housekeepers and city workers poorly, viewing them as “The Help”. They expect to be catered to and doted on. They also may assume they should not have to wait in lines and that their priorities are Important enough to inconvenience others.
Empathy: Narcissists lack empathy and their lack of empathy often results in exploitation and insensitivity of others. They expect their needs to be met, at the expense of others and no matter how costly it is to others. They are not cognizant of how overwhelming, draining nor how much they overwork people. They have difficulties understanding the desires and subjective experiences and feelings of others. They often assume that others are totally concerned about their welfare. They tend to monopolize conversations and discuss their affairs in lengthy details, while failing to recognize others have feelings and needs. In fact, they find others needs, feelings and thoughts to be quite boring. They are often impatient with others feelings. Giving value to yourself can be a complex concept for some, being that we live in a world 🌎 full of validation cues, from social media, friends and family. However, God is love and you are made in the image of God, which means, you are also Love ❤️
Connecting with your value is about knowing who you are and understanding God’s image of you. When you first seek the kingdom of God, all things will be added to you.

When you are Born, you have your own Spiritual DNA 🧬 coding. It can be much different from your parents, although you share their biological DNA. However, whatever your parents carry on their spirit can affect you, spiritually and most likely. Why is that? Most traumas happen when we are children, because Satan knows the pre-frontal cortex (your brain 🧠 ) is still developing, which means the receiving of information can be distorted. Children don’t have access to meta cognitions or abstract reasoning, which is the ability to think about what you’re thinking about. The treatment you experience, positive or negative is either received or rejected. If messages are received, they are internalized and form into beliefs, Thus creating a seed, reaping and a harvest. While, transference is all about re-directing your feelings or desires for another onto an entirely different person.
Spiritual transference is about re-directing one’s uncomfortable feelings, anger, frustrations or insecurities onto another and trading their disposition for oneself, as the other party is left processing the transferred feelings.
