On today’s episode we’re going to take an in-depth look into a major lawsuit filed by brain cancer victims against the cell phone companies they say caused their cancer. This case is currently being heard in the DC Superior Court.

I first heard about this lawsuit when I interviewed Bret Boccok, an attorney and one of the plaintiffs in this case.

This week we speak with California Governor Gavin Newsom who became interested in cell phone radiation back in 2009 when his wife Jennifer became pregnant.

In other news, a major lawsuit filed by individuals with brain cancer attributed to their cell phones is finally being heard in the D.C. Superior Court after 21 years of delays.

The evidentiary hearings for this multi-plaintiff case are being held from September 12 to September 30, 2022. The hearings begin weekdays at 9:30 A.M. ET. The public can bear witness to this historic case:
