Hi I'm Kevin Kunze and welcome to the Cellular Podcast. This week our main story is about Ellie Marks, a plaintiff in the cell phone brain tumor lawsuit, founder of the California Brain Tumor Association, and a producer of this podcast.
I probably wouldn’t know anything about cell phone radiation if it wasn’t for Ellie Marks. I first interviewed her back in 2010 but she’d been making waves on this issue since 2008 when she testified to Congress. Here’s her testimony from that day...
On today’s episode we’re interviewing Alicia Mitchel Murray, the daughter of Michael Murray who set in motion the now famous Murray vs Motorola lawsuit, which is currently being heard in the DC Superior Court.
On today’s episode we’re going to take an in-depth look into a major lawsuit filed by brain cancer victims against the cell phone companies they say caused their cancer. This case is currently being heard in the DC Superior Court.
I first heard about this lawsuit when I interviewed Bret Boccok, an attorney and one of the plaintiffs in this case.
Bret invited me to film at one of his favorite places in California - Peer’s Park in Palo Alto..
Bret died from his brain tumor in 2015, shortly after this interview…
This week we speak with California Governor Gavin Newsom who became interested in cell phone radiation back in 2009 when his wife Jennifer became pregnant.
In other news, a major lawsuit filed by individuals with brain cancer attributed to their cell phones is finally being heard in the D.C. Superior Court after 21 years of delays.
The evidentiary hearings for this multi-plaintiff case are being held from September 12 to September 30, 2022. The hearings begin weekdays at 9:30 A.M. ET. The public can bear witness to this historic case:
