The best way to avoid writer's block when applying to PA school, completing various supplemental essays and placing all the information in all the correct places is by well, you guessed it again, Organized spreadsheets!

3.Extra-curriculars
4.Mission trip logging
5.Academic achievement
6. PA program list
8. Tuition of desired PA programs
9. GRE requirements/CASPer
10.Seating count for each program
11. GPA/Pre-requisite requirements
12. Anatomy lab (Cadaver or other resources offered)
The list goes on. You can make your data as specific or general to your liking however the candidates that log have a smoother process.
