In the first episode of season three, the Food for Thought interview team engages in a conversation with Laura van Geest, president of the AFM. In this final episode of Food for Thought - The Podcast, Kevin de Louw and Abdel Zariouh have an inspiring talk with the CEO of the famous water bottle company Dopper. Together with Virginia Yanquilevich, they discuss the impact that plastic pollution has on our daily lives, the '7% is not enough campaign' that Dopper has set up, female leadership, making an impact with a niche product, and much more.

The first season of Food for Thought - The Podcast has almost come to an end.
In one of the final episodes, interviewers Joshua Stassen and Ruben de Jonge, talk to an expert on one of the biggest trends that society is currently dealing with: Digitalisation. Together with Thierry Geerts, Country Director at Google Belgium, they discuss the benefits and downsides of the digital ecosystem. Thierry also takes us along in his vision for a larger interconnected society: "We are no longer a community of 20 million, we are one of 6 billion, all connected through the internet."

After a career at Unilever, he moved on to a top position at one of the largest aviation companies in the world. He entered the company around the merger between Air France and KLM, and after a climb to the top, he is now the Chief Financial Officer of KLM, the dutch counterpart of the company. Together with two students from our interview team, our guest: Erik Swelheim, discusses his life as a student, the move from Unilever in France to KLM in The Netherlands, the relations between the two aviation counterparts in the group, sustainability and aviation in times of crisis.

Together with Jacques van den Broek, CEO at Randstad they discuss the current trends on the labor market, how having a career can be considered 'top sport', what the future of HR will look like and how Randstad will do its part, and to tie it all together; Jacques will reflect on his own personal experiences as well.
