When we see something with destructive abilities our first instinct is to run, and our second instinct is to try and contain it. You will get burnt when you play with fire but master the art, and things get magical. There are only 2 ways that I found anger to be channeled positively. I don't believe that 'weaknesses' pull you down but they are actually opportunities to get better.
What I love the most about this particular episode (yes I'm patting myself on the back) is the fact that I could open up and talk to you about something so close to me. It's not easy talking about your failures but I truly believe that my anger, my rage has made me a much better person!

A lot of people believe that they believe in no regrets but are still victims of one of the biggest lies of the universe: WHAT IF! What if's are easy to live because they are not real. We have a habit to glorify moments, create memories and vicariously live them in our heads as some kind of escapes from tough realities. We somehow believe that 'What If's' are lost opportunities but the truth be told, it’s nothing but another timeline. Another life that we imagine to be better than ours.

Local heroes are ordinary people who come into our lives and spend extraordinary moments with us! This series so dear to me. It's a combination of anecdotes, stories that I’ve shared with these incredible human beings as well as conversations with guests, achiever’s that we can all learn from as they share their journey, thoughts and inspiration with us. Today, on my first episode, I want to talk about a phrase we’ve all heard a lot. You only live once. It’s true. Yet, the Hindu marriage ceremony ties you to your partner for 7 lives and cats are known to have 9. They say you should live everyday like it is your last because life is short and cowards die many times before their deaths. Wake up.
