The random thoughts of an anonymous dad in his mid 30's. Topics can range from life's struggles, mental health, kids, or anything. Maybe you can learn something, have a laugh, or find something to help you on your journey.
It's been too long. I've had some struggles as of late and it's hindering me recording. Working on myself and trying to fix it. Please be patient, I'll get through it.

I give an update since it's been a few days and also have a mini rant and just get a few things off my chest and voice some frustration.

Hey guys, sorry about the break. I needed to just...that's what I do when I'm having a hard time. I recluse myself and try to fix it. I don't ask for help, I don't seek attention, I just try to fix myself, all by myself. It's not the healthiest thing, but it's what I know. The ones who people always come to with problems and advice sometimes don't know who they can turn to. I have a couple people I can do that with, and they help tremendously!!! I'm greatly appreciative for what they do for me!!

In this episode, we talk about what triggers I have. I didn't make notes so I went off the top of my head. These must be the biggest 3. I also went on a mini rant about common ways people think they are helping or encouraging people who struggle with mental health.

In this episode, we talk about what it's like being on the cusp of an anxiety attack and just waiting for it to hit. It's not the greatest feeling in the world and can have you on pins and needles until it hits or fades.

This wasn't an easy episode to record. I'm still a little off from it. I decided it's time to start really opening up and getting to the meat and potatoes of things. Hope you enjoy!

Recorded this after a day at the racetrack. Talked about the day I had and what I did on a day off. Just a closer look into my life and what makes me tick.

In this episode, I'm still loving the new microphone. We dive into Hyperfocus, what that means for me, and different ways it's shown itself. This isn't just a fancy word for a new hobby, it becomes a full on obsession

I finally got a new microphone and I love it!! Much better sound. I apologize for the other episodes. This is more of a rant type episode, where shoes become the basis for my talking. I know, it's something simple, but it's justifiable. I'm sure some of you can relate.

The audio still sucks, but that changes soon. This is episode two of me navigating my way through the world and this podcast journey. I reveal a little more about myself and dive into some past. Take a ride and let's talk

Introducing The Mental Un-Load! This is episode one. Take a trip as I discuss life as a husband, dad, and someone with mental illness. The struggle is real and so is the journey. Hopefully If you've found this, it will help you along your way. These will get better as time goes on. I'm still learning. The audio isn't the greatest, but that'll be fixed soon.
