In this episode, Katya shares her personal story of facing anger when becoming a mother. Because she couldn’t run from anger anymore, she expressed it in harmful ways, which resulted in shame and guilt and just continued the cycle. That’s why she spent several years reflecting, learning about it, and looking for ways to release it safely.
She talks about why we experience anger, how to prevent anger outbursts, and what to do if we express anger in a way that we regret (which will inevitably happen). She also shares her experience working with her son’s anger and talks about how we can help our children process and express this intense emotion safely.
