On Faith, Family, and Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester discuss the topics of creating a strong bond and having a loving relationship through Christian values. Each week, listeners can tune in to hear stories and discussions from guests, ranging from faith pastors and family counselors, to people just like you, describing the importance of staying the course and providing wisdom and lifelong lessons to one another. Chris and Suzanne invite you to strengthen your core and create a trusting and loving bond on Faith, Family, and Fulfillment.
In Episode 120 of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester explore one of the greatest responsibilities parents carry: helping their children build a faith that is lived, understood, and truly their own. Discipleship does not begin at church, school, or youth group. It begins in the home, through the conversations, choices, and examples children witness every day.
Minute Markers:
00:00 Intro: Opening the conversation on the role parents play in shaping a child’s spiritual foundation.
10:45 Stewarding Your Child’s Faith: Understanding the difference between controlling a child’s beliefs and intentionally guiding them toward a genuine relationship with God.
20:04 The Hard Question: Having the courage to ask whether your life at home reflects the faith you hope your children will carry forward.
This episode is a reminder that children learn faith not only through what they are taught, but through what they consistently see. Discipleship starts with parents choosing to model truth, humility, obedience, and grace inside their own home.
In Episode 119 of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester tackle one of the most misunderstood topics in marriage with honesty, biblical truth, and grace. Far more than a physical act, intimacy is God's design for connection, trust, and covenant. Together, they unpack the misconceptions surrounding sex, the importance of emotional and spiritual intimacy, and how couples can cultivate a relationship that reflects God's purpose for marriage.
Minute Markers:
This episode is an invitation for couples to move beyond performance and expectations and into the deeper connection God intended. Through intentional communication, mutual care, and a covenant-centered perspective, intimacy becomes more than an experience—it becomes a reflection of love, unity, and commitment.
In Episode 118 of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester tackle one of the most difficult experiences a person can face: betrayal. Whether it comes through a relationship, friendship, family member, or trusted leader, betrayal leaves wounds that run deep. But healing is possible. Through faith, grace, and honest reflection, this episode explores how God can bring restoration to even the most painful circumstances.
Minute Markers:
This episode is a reminder that betrayal may be part of your story, but it doesn't have to define it. Healing begins when we allow God to meet us in the hurt and guide us toward restoration.
In Episode 117 of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester tackle one of the most misunderstood dynamics in marriage and leadership: how to lead and submit without resentment. Healthy leadership isn’t about control, and healthy submission isn’t about surrendering your voice. Both require trust, humility, communication, and a shared commitment to something greater than yourself.
Minute Markers:
This episode is a powerful reminder that the strongest relationships aren't built on power struggles—they're built on trust, alignment, and a willingness to serve one another well.
In Episode 116 of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester tackle one of the most important realities of every relationship: conflict is inevitable—but destruction is not. Healthy conflict has the power to refine, strengthen, and deepen connection when it’s approached with humility, communication, and a shared desire to understand rather than win.
Minute Markers:
This episode is a reminder that conflict handled well doesn’t weaken relationships—it strengthens them. The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is learning how to fight for each other, not against each other.
In this honest and thought-provoking episode of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester unpack the difference between healthy spiritual intimacy and unhealthy emotional dependency. In relationships, it can be easy to confuse connection with control, or closeness with needing someone else to complete you. This episode challenges couples to build relationships rooted in faith, freedom, and mutual growth—not emotional survival.
Minute Markers:
This episode is a reminder that the healthiest relationships aren’t built on dependency—they’re built on two whole people pursuing God, growth, and purpose together.
In Episode 114 of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester dive into what it really takes to get on the same page as a couple. Vision doesn’t just happen—it’s built through communication, humility, and a shared pursuit of God’s direction. When two people are aligned, everything moves with greater clarity and purpose.
Minute Markers:
This episode is a reminder that alignment isn’t about agreement on everything—it’s about moving forward together with intention, trust, and faith.
In Episode 113 of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester unpack what it really means to experience peace—not as something you chase, but something you live from. In a world that glorifies busy, peace can feel out of reach. But true peace isn’t found in perfect circumstances—it’s found in alignment, trust, and surrender.
Minute Markers:
This episode is a reminder that peace isn’t something you earn or find later—it’s something you choose to step into, right where you are.
In Episode 112 of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester take a hard look at the patterns we carry—habits, reactions, and mindsets that can quietly shape our lives and relationships. Some are inherited, some are learned, but all can be changed. This episode is about recognizing the cycle… and choosing to break it.
Minute Markers:
This episode is a reminder that you don’t have to repeat what you’ve always known. With awareness, discipline, and faith, you can create a new pattern—for yourself, your marriage, and your family.
In Episode 111 of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester explore the tension and beauty of differences in marriage. What if the very things that challenge you about your spouse are the same things designed to strengthen your partnership? This episode dives into polarity—not as conflict, but as complement.
Minute Markers:
This episode is a reminder that healthy partnerships aren’t built on sameness—they’re built on trust, respect, and the willingness to grow together through your differences.
In Episode 110 of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester unpack a powerful idea: marriage isn’t just romantic—it’s relational, spiritual, and yes… strategic. The health of your marriage affects everything. Your home. Your calling. Your legacy.
This episode dives into what it looks like to treat your marriage with intentionality, vision, and unity—without losing the heart behind it.
Minute Markers:
This episode is a reminder that marriage doesn’t thrive on autopilot. It flourishes when two people decide to build, protect, and pursue purpose together.
In Episode 109 of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester lean into one of the most quoted—but least surrendered—phrases in faith culture: “Jesus, take the wheel.” What does it actually mean to hand over control? And more importantly, are we really doing it?
This episode challenges listeners to examine who (or what) is truly steering their decisions—fear, ego, control… or Christ.
Minute Markers:
This episode is a reminder that surrender isn’t weakness—it’s alignment. And sometimes the most powerful move you can make is to loosen your grip and trust the One who sees the whole road ahead.
In Episode 108 of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester go beyond the surface to unpack what truefulfillment looks like. Spoiler: it’s not about success, status, or having it all—it’s about living in alignment with purpose, overflowing from a full heart, and seeing with clarity what matters most.
Minute Markers:
This episode invites you to pause, reflect, and ask the deeper questions: Am I full? Am I aligned? Am I clear?
In Episode 107 of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester lean into the tension between comfort and calling. Growth doesn’t happen where it’s safe—it happens where you’re stretched. This episode unpacks the illusions of control we cling to, the guardrails we build around our routines, and the truth that the magic we’re looking for often lives on the other side of fear.
This episode is a challenge and an encouragement: you’re not meant to stay where it’s comfortable—you’re called to step out and become.
In Episode 106 of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester slow things down to talk about the importance of reflection—on the choices we make, the pace we keep, and the storms we walk through. This episode is an invitation to step back, breathe, and see your journey with fresh eyes.
Minute Markers:
This episode is a gentle reminder: sometimes growth doesn’t come from pushing forward, but from pausing to reflect.
In Episode 105 of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester explore how our perception can shape—or distort—our reality. When life gets hard, it's tempting to see things through a filtered lens: one that protects us from discomfort but also prevents us from growing. This episode challenges us to remove the rose-colored glasses and take an honest look at how we serve others, ourselves, and God's greater purpose.
Minute Markers:
This episode is a reminder that real fulfillment doesn’t come from pretending everything is perfect—it comes from facing what is real and responding with faith.
In Episode 104 of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester dig into the kind of growth that no one else sees—but that shapes everything. Internal development is about becoming before doing. It’s about letting God refine what’s within so that what flows out reflects Him.
Minute Markers:
This episode is a reminder that the most important development happens in private, where ego is stripped away and purpose is formed. Don’t overlook the internal—it’s the foundation for everything external.
In Episode 103 of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester take a deep dive into the often messy but necessary work of navigating our emotions with faith and maturity. Emotions are real—but they aren't always reliable. This episode is about learning to feel fully without letting feelings lead.
This episode is for anyone who's ever felt overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure of how to move forward without letting emotions take the wheel. It’s not about perfection—it’s about growth, grace, and getting grounded in truth.
In Episode 102 of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester reflect on the intentionality behind the relationships and roles we’re called to—especially in marriage and faith. Sometimes the perfect fit isn’t about comfort or convenience—it’s about complementing each other in ways that bring growth, balance, and alignment with God’s plan.
This episode is a reminder that the “perfect fit” isn’t about being the same—it’s about being chosen, shaped, and refined together.
In Episode 101 of Faith, Family, & Fulfillment, Chris and Suzanne Vester dive into the beauty and tension of reciprocity—how real relationships require both giving and receiving. Whether in marriage, parenting, or faith, learning to navigate the ebb and flow of expectations, sacrifice, and grace is key to building something that lasts.
This episode explores how mutual investment—not just in actions, but in heart posture—can create lasting trust, deeper connection, and a shared sense of purpose.
