For someone who hated cooking, building a successful business over 11 years in the world of Thermomix seems ironic. However, what drove Trudy to be interested in the Thermomix business and reach the incredible heights she has reached within the business was that she saw how this one machine could change the way she cooked - It allowed her to create delicious meals in a hurry.
Once she could see how the Thermomix could change the way people cooked, the way that people thought about food and the benefits it could bring, she was away.
11 years later she has bought the holiday house that was her “why” in starting the business and has created positive impacts for so many others who have either bought a Thermomix for themselves or followed Trudy’s path and built a business of their own.
Trudy will share the importance of discovering the needs of your customer to be able to serve them, how she has grown her business and so many pearls of wisdom when it comes to "serving" not "selling" to your customers.
