Emotions are a powerful thing. They control everything around our being and health. Very few people have control over them and most people are controlled by them.

This episode did not happen by chance, but by Devine intervention after running into a childhood friend of mine at my local gym, McKeel lives half way across the country and has been in the Army for the last 14 years, I have not been in contact with him for at least the last 16 years and then all of a sudden we run into each other and I quickly realized that there was some massive life lessons that he has learned that need to be shared. McKeel was gracious enough to be willing to get on the podcast and talk about extreme emotions in a general life sense and what they are like surrounding a military lifestyle, and what to do with them to keep your sanity and mental health in a positive state. This is what true men are made of.

In this episode, you're going to find health food for EVERYONE'S ears. Do yourself a favor... listen and share.

The end result is a masterpiece with function and strength, none of which would have been achievable had it not gone though the necessary steps first. Well what happens when this process is applied to a person? We don't always ask for everything that gets thrown our way. But we have to deal with them. Andrew is fortunately open about an extremely difficult time in his life from all angles, experiencing death of a father, changing jobs, self-reflection, rebuilding identity, leading a family, community and personal growth to keep everything together. Andrew has been a long time friend of mine and was gracious enough to open up on some major life episodes in his life. Knowing his story during this time in his life, It can only be best related to the forging process.
