Today's episode is an interesting one. Reflecting on a question that a dear friend had asked us, which was "If we want to have kids, or if we are just feeling the societal expectations to do so" and talking about our reflections on this. If you are a couple and like us are starting to have the conversations of growing your family, it is worthwhile having a listen to begin deeply connecting with your own reasoning for having children.

In this episode, we discuss the reasons we have chosen so far not to have children and the reason to have children. We talk about why parents wanting to give "everything they didn't have to their children" isn’t as beautiful as it sounds.

The podcast also ends with some exciting news regarding a big new offering!!

Have a listen xx

In today’s episode Michael talks about his healing and growth journey, how it started, where it’s going, and how it has developed over the years. Being openly vulnerable in a public forum can be crippling as it is totally unique to one’s own experience, but the hope is in how it resonates with others to join a similar journey to self-love and holistic fulfillment.

This episode is a call out to all men to find comfort in their emotions. To understand that suppression is unhealthy and one of the key contributors to a world where suicide rates, absent parenting, incarceration and poorer health outcomes are dominated by one gender.

It’s time to flip the narrative and get comfortable in the human experience,  that is being emotional. Challenge yourself and join me as I attempt to open up about my own experiences that lead me down this exciting pathway where ‘fine’ is no longer the baseline achievement level for how we live and parent.

It doesn’t get much better than this. Growth + self-awareness are on today’s agenda as we discuss another passion topic on the Mindfully Loved podcast. We discuss the value of a growth mindset and how self-awareness can help put us in control of our emotions whilst helping us learn to become aware of our triggers. In an ever-changing world, there has been no greater time to understand the value of adaptability. With an increasing list of daily comforts and security blankets, we are losing the understanding of how growth is an integral part of life’s journey and without it, we are doomed to maintain a generational cycle of beliefs that no longer hold true in this day and age.
