Wellness and mental health has developed to be an ever-growing concern for our society at large over the past couple of decades. Particularly over the last few years, more and more people are braving the unknown and exploring how to find balance and peace in times where uneasiness and chaos seem to be everywhere. So take a little moment for yourself and tune in as Mrs. Crenshaw spends some time with Ms. Ashley Knox, Ms. Rachel Lanham, and Ms. Julia Lasky as they share their stories of their journeys with wellness.
In the midst of all that is going on in our current society, it would be unwise to think that our students aren't having conversations that range a number of topics, including politics. In this episode, Kaneshia takes the time to sit down with one of WJ's student leaders, Jack, as he opens up about the newly created Conservative Club and the hopes that he has for what the afterschool club can bring about for the WJ community.
