The mission of Learn Right Radio is to provide a platform and dialogue for industrial clinicians (athletic trainers and physical therapists) whether they have been in the setting for years, or are just wondering what it's all about. LRR is here to answer YOUR questions about this emerging setting and how clinicians can make an impact in the workplace.

In 2018, the suicide rate for industry men was 5x greater than the rate for all fatal work-related injuries in construction.

In this episode, we discuss the prevalence of medical imaging in the occupational setting and how important it is regarded by industrial athletes. One of the challenges an industrial clinician faces is the weight or over reliance of getting imaging done when a pain arises. How do we combat this? How do we address the very fact that in certain situations, imaging is little to no help and actually can be detrimental to one's progression through injury? Tune in to listen!
