THIRD TIMES A CHARM!🎙
ft. Jasper Capalad on Pursuing Life’s Bliss, Being Young & Unapologetic + NEW ALBUM ALERT!
———
As they say, third times a charm! I am so happy to be back for another FRESH episode for the podcast ft. my kapatid Jasper Capalad. I’ve had the honor of first witnessing his on-screen acting prowess in Charles Gray’s “Velvet Sky” back in 2022 and eventually getting to meet this young one, being in community together and ultimately being friends.
For this current season comeback, I knew that Jasper was definitely on the list because his outlook on life as a 22-year old is very much something that reminded me of myself a decade ago. I knew that I had to get this guy on my show to talk about all things, passion, film and being unapologetic.
Lastly, Jasper spills tea on his latest, “UNTITLED” launching debut album which documents the ever-so-bliss of his growing up which doesn’t shy away from hard topics such as breakups, depression and etc.
I can’t wait for y’all to hear the rest of Jasper’s journey in this very FRESH new episode. You definitely don’t want to miss out on this one. ✨

WERE OFFICIALLY BACK! 🎙
ft. Elle Rodriguez (elle.igofficial) on Motherhood, Second Chance at Hollywood and Life After Sundance
———
Hey yall! We are actually officially back on the podcast for our officially Season 3.5 as a continuation to the season that was started and had to be on indefinite hiatus back in April 2022 due to life lifing! But I am so happy to be back with FRESH new episodes ft. amazing artists that I get to call friends.
For today’s follow up episode, we have another powerhouse, a triple talent to be exact, a dancer, actress and singer + most importantly an amazing mother and lawyer - my friend, Elle Rodriguez from Kayla Galang’s award-winning Sundance 2023 film, “When You Left Me on That Boulevard” where I also had the honor of being part of the production, and her follow up project as a Daniela Ramos on “Jadore Le Jus” the following year.
This has really been a much awaited podcast collab as I’ve been wanting to have her on the show since then. In this episode we get to know a lot more about her humble beginnings in being an aspiring actress (she even got to work with the Brilliante Mendoza), how motherhood has shaped her to be a resilient person to her children and how she ultimately is reclaiming her pursuing her dreams in making it to Hollywood the second time around after being a lawyer.
I can’t wait for y’all to hear the rest of Elle’s journey in this very FRESH new episode. You definitely don’t want to miss out on this one. ✨

Celebrating One Year of Soul Supremacy 🎙
I am still in shock of how we already made it to the first year anniversary of my podcast, "Soul Supremacy" when it feels like I had just recently premiered it. Once an idea that was stuck in my head wanting to get out, NOW a great reality. Looking back, all I knew was that I had a mission + focus to get this project rolling but it never would've crossed my mind that it would also change my life as well for the better. Through the different conversations I had, stories that were shared + new people I've met along the way.
In this video, we will be highlighting all 33 beautiful + amazing guests that have come on to share their stories, their successes + also their vulnerabilities. Thank you all so much for trusting me & my platform to help inspire many in achieving greatness!
PSA: I have decided to push my Season 3 premiere to Spring 2022 to better focus on making the show better! But for now, please enjoy this video and all of the 33 memorable stories from this past year.

The Making of a Podcast (feat. Season 1)
Hi friends! I hope y'all are doing very well during the holiday season and also during these tying times in this pandemic. I know, I haven't been able to upload a new episode in a minute because I have gotten busy working doing Uber Eats. Now, all of that has really caught up making me sick (thank god, I got my 2nd booster + flu shot the same day. SHOUTOUT to SDPride Center!!) Also too, I am very thankful for getting a negative on my COVID test, while on the other hand my youngest sister who tested positive... (please include her in your prayers my friends)
E a year ago, I had this crazy idea (amongst all of my crazy ideas that I have) of finally launching my podcast as a response to my need to connect with people. Within only 10 days of this idea, I launched my podcast, "Soul Supremacy" in which I have had the privilege of speaking and also meeting some of the best people ever.
In this behind-the-scenes video, you will see some of the crazy & funny bloopers that didn't make the cut but definitely helped make the show as amazing as it was.

Bronwyn Huddleson On Capturing Life Moments, Feeling Deeply and Giving It Back to the World
———
I’m so grateful to finally be airing this new episode with my dear and loving friend, Bronwyn of Bronwyn Huddleson Photography whose work I equally admire and respect as much as I do as a person.
We definitely met at interesting intersections of our lives back in 2018 when I first graduated from college at a Bikram yoga studio where our strong love for the arts was the very thing to solidify our friendship. And while she has since then moved away from San Diego to continue to find her self in this thing, we call “life”, I am so thankful to have finally gotten this amazing artist/person/gem to come and guest on my show.
I can’t wait for y’all to hear her story in tonight’s brand new episode. You definitely don’t want to miss out on this one.

Precious Sipin On Keeping It Phresh, Being a Dynamic Storyteller & The Art of Producing
I am so ecstatic to have our tonight's guest for the podcast, Precious Sipin as she is someone whose work I have not only admired but also truly respected in the online space all thanks to Asian American Film Lab. A global film shootout where we only had 72 hours to create a short film from start to finish and we were also fortunate enough to become award-winning/placers as well with the works we submitted.
In our first time officially meeting (virtually-in-the-flesh), you better believe that we definitely had a great time finally talking about "all things of the things" including her journey as a proud Filipina woman, actress, and filmmaker, and how ultimately she is able to stay grounded to her truth & core and how she used it to succeed in her craft.
This is another episode that you don't want to miss out on.

Aina Dumlao On Making History In “Grey’s Anatomy”, Being a Proud Filipina & Hollywood Representation
When I started this podcast, the only thing that I really had in mind was to highlight and feature all of my friends in the creative community. But I never ever would've thought in my wildest dreams that I'd be crossing paths & making new friendships along the way including those who are making it in their respective industries.
With that being said for tonight, I am extremely humbled and excited to have our tonight's guest, Aina Dumlao most recently known for making history for being the first Filipino character on Grey's Anatomy as "Gerlie Bernardo" who ended up getting Co-Vid and also part of the lead cast in the Australian series, "The Unusual Suspects" which is now available on Hulu for streaming.

Christopher Aguirre on Humble Beginnings, Rising Tik-Tok Fame, and Opening For Lil' Wayne
I am absolutely grateful to have this upcoming guest on my podcast as he is someone whose dance moves, I've not only admired but also recreated for one of my Tik-Tok dances. While, Christopher is someone that has a quite of following, his being a genuine person and being a kind person has allowed us to continue to connect on social media until I finally invited him to the show.
With Christopher literally being on the cusp of turning his rising dance fame from Tik-Tok to the mainstream with opening for Lil Wayne's recent "Up Roar Hip Hop Festival" and being a part of MTV's "Stan VS Stan" (The VMA's Edition), he continues to stay humble and focus on creating dynamic and viral-worthy dances while also giving back to the community through his advocacies.

Princess Punzalan On The Iconic Selina Matias, Life In The US, Finding New Purpose Through Motherhood & Comeback In Yellow Rose
⭐️ ABOUT THE PODCAST “A podcast show where we talk about all things unapologetic and all things passion and in-pursuit of”
✨ In this week's episode of Soul Supremacy, I am still absolutely speechless to have had the "Princess Punzalan" a Filipino-American actress now living in Michigan and mainly known for her amazing portrayal of the villain, "Selina Matias" in the Philippine television show, "Mula Sa Puso" (that I religiously watched) which ran from 1997-1999 and catapulted her into stardom. Even shortly after experiencing this kind of "mainstream" fame, she decided to leave all of that behind when she found the love of her life and moved into the US in 2005 where she's been ever since. Now in her current chapter, being a wife, a mother and a nurse is her life but seems to be making a comeback into her craft as an actress. Seeing how not only talented & driven she is but also just an overall humble and kind person, I knew that I wanted to have her on the show. In this episode, which was our very first time ever meeting/conversing, we talked about all of the things including her funny story of applying/getting accepted for Project Runway, to building her collections and her thoughts about her moving forward with her fashion empire, "Hilado Designs."

✨ In this week's episode of Soul Supremacy, I am so thankful to have had my friend/mentor Nick Keomahavong on my show to talk about his overall journey in life from growing up as a refugee (how he was able to find strength + resiliency in that) to creating his YouTube channel (in which I was a part of his team when we launched it back in 2017) to leaving everything behind to finally becoming a monk. Nick is someone that I have always respected as a person so you better believe that he was one of the people I wanted on my show when I was first creating the show.
