Leon Jameson is passionate about preparing God’s people for lives of servant leadership. As an experienced minister to children, youth and families, He daily lives out his Calling to live for Jesus, leading others to do the same.
Leon Jameson has been serving youth and families for over a 15 years (yowza) and seriously loves this calling. Leon speaks regularly to teenagers and adults throughout the US. He is happiest when spending time with his wife Gretchen and role playing Kung Fu Panda with his 5 year old daughter, Sydney Grace. When away from ministry you can find Leon mowing his yard, playing tennis, playing fantasy football, collecting M&M dispensers, and eating German Chocolate Cake (hands down the greatest food on the planet).
Dr. Sem in an author, policy expert, scientist and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience with healthcare/biotech innovation and startups in both industry and academics. This includes extensive experience in business and intellectual property strategy as it relates to scientific innovation, healthcare policy, biotech financing and operations. Currently, I am working to assist both students and experienced researchers in southeast Wisconsin launch and grow their start-up ventures, via inter-institutional and public-private collaborations. I also lead healthcare innovation and policy initiatives, with the goal of achieving better healthcare outcomes for patients - whether that be through development of new medicines, or new ways to delivery healthcare.
With a vision to help his community achieve economic prosperity, Kermiath McClendon strives to advocate for communities. As a Program Officer for the Greater Milwaukee Foundation, Kermiath enjoys the opportunity to lead and/or participate in philanthropic community development efforts as a convener of resources or financial backer. He is actively involved in affordable housing, small business and entrepreneur, workforce development, ThriveOn King, Milwaukee youth program, and CDFI committees. As an Economic Development Specialist for the City of Milwaukee, Kermiath worked as a compliance officer for eight Business Improvement Districts and three Neighborhood Improvement Districts. As an Access to Capital Manager for the African American Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin, Kermiath helped entrepreneurs stabilize and grow their businesses and dreams. Kermiath believes that creating a functional eco-system is possible through partnership, financial lending and collaboration. He genuinely believes it takes a village to enhancement the quality of life for all.
Dorothy Enriquez is a third culture kid who grew up to love fashion, gal pal bonding, learning and leadership. Dorothy has found her written works on confidence, competence and closing the leadership gap in Forbes, Training Industry Magazine, The BOSS Network.
Dorothy is known for her effective communication skills, ‘edutaining’ leadership courseware and interactive programs.
A 15-year veteran of Corporate America, wielding multiple certifications (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Emergenetics, Situational Leadership & Breakthrough Performance) and a master’s degree in Human Communication, she strives to make transformative development accessible. In 2018 after giving birth to her daughter, Dorothy went full time as a business owner.

Chez is the COO and partner of the Wisconsin Athletic Club (WAC). He is responsible for all day-to-day operations including facility design, construction and club management. Currently, WAC owns and operates eight full-service clubs and manages several corporate fitness centers throughout the Metro Milwaukee area.
Chez is a lifelong learner who enjoys reading and personal development. He is a proud graduate of Concordia University Wisconsin, earning a bachelor’s degree in sports medicine and an MBA in health care administration. He currently serves on the Concordia University Foundation Board and their Alumni Association.
Chez’s has a passion for martial arts. He has over 40-years of martial arts experience, holds a fourth-degree black belt, has won local and national championships and has been instructing classes since 1986.
Chez resides in Greenfield, WI with his wife of 20+ years, Wendy. They have two adult daughters. In his free time, he enjoys working out, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
