Fear is an emotion induced by a threat. That threat can be real or it can be imagined. The only way to permanently overcome your fear is to accept that fear is always going to be a part of your life and that, like any other emotion, you can’t stop yourself from feeling it. Identify the causes of your fears and confront them in the most direct possible way.
In this episode, I'm going to share some action steps to help you boost your self-confidence.

"In tough times, it's your real besties, the front row seat people that rally round you to provide with that shield of support. They help you deal with those dark times, they are there to listen, laugh, and bounce ideas off and ultimately help to build you back up - their numbers are on speed dial when you need them, they drop everything and come to your aid - these are the friends I am so fortunate to have in my life. There's a saying that "Friends are the family we get to choose for ourselves" I could not agree more...."
In this episode, we are exploring the topic - Friendship. I will be inviting few friends to explore this with me - as we all know people have different opinions when it comes to friendships. There are good and bad friendship relationships - there are friendship that help us thrive and there are also toxic friendship that hinder our progress.

In this fifth episode of Bounce Back with Cocochi show, the host Cocochi and her guest Emi Oseni engaged in a wide discussion centred on what living a meaningful life is.
Living a meaningful life is closely related to authenticity, to being who we truly are - many people struggle to be themselves for fear of criticism or rejections; as a result they find themselves living a life that is far from satisfying or meaningful.

These books are available in paperback, eBook and audible formats on most distribution platforms.
She founded Living Meaningfully, a non-profit organisation in 2018 after writing her first book -Living a meaningful Life, with the aim to help people discover and walk in purpose, grow together and impact lives. Today, Living Meaningfully is a growing community with over 2000+ members, currently open to more networking and collaboration opportunities this year.
Emi is a Nigerian, and lives in Canada. She holds a BASc in Business Informatics with a minor in Economics and MSc in Management, Business Analytics. She's passionate about using data to uncover global solutions.
She wants to live to leave a legacy and be remembered as someone of influence who impacted lives and gave her all to people. It's not a destination she's after but a lifelong journey of becoming, changing how people think about life and relationships while helping them fulfil their destines and live a life of impact.

On this episode, Coco-Chi is talking about the inner voice and how to manage the negative self-talk.
Our past experiences, even the things we don't usually think about, are all alive and active in our daily life in the form of an inner voice - our self-talk. Everyone has an inner voice...sometimes this inner voice lies to you and fills you up with negativity. What lies are you telling yourself on a daily basis? Could your inner voice be holding you back? Are you allowing too much negativity in? Your inner voice is your harshest critic and the one that will lower your self-esteem the quickest.
What can you do to silence that negative noise/self-talk?
Listen to the show & learn all about it!

On this episode I talk about "How exercise can help you reduce depression during this lockdown."
During this lockdown, the new rules of life can pull our mental health into a damaging spiral.
Staring at the same four walls everyday, can intensify our anxiety and stress level, not to talk of worries over jobs, businesses, money, living arrangements or even the lockdown itself. But there's something we can do to reduce these anxieties which the Public Health England and Mental Health Professionals have encouraged everyone to do - Exercise.
