Just go out and achieve your dreams. You can do anything you put your mind to and sometimes you will fail, but if you keep just doing it, nothing can stop you. As my mentor stated, "you may lose right now, but long term you will win."
Success can be defined in a multitude of ways, not just a google definition. People don't have to be rich or famous to be successful. Sometimes the most successful people are in front of your face. But most successful people have motivation to be great. I will tell you how I was able to be successful in school and baseball. Also, my motivation to do a podcast and inspire other people.
Value the time that you have because time don't wait for nobody. After the tragic death of rapper Jaydayoungan, I realized that time keeps going before and after we die and what we do with our time is very crucial/important to our lives. You will hear two stories from my life where I could've died. To anyone who is watching this, please use your time wisely and don't take it for granted.
People are so accustomed to materialistic things. You can have materialistic things, but are you in tune with yourself mentally or spiritually? Most of your favorite celebrities control your minds into thinking that material is everything. But there are billionaires we never heard of with more money that your favorite rapper or influencer. So, the question is, who should we really be looking up to?
Positive thinking is important for human development. You will learn how to have positive thinking, tips to start thinking positive, and also identifying negative thinking. As a child I was very pessimistic, but now, I am very optimistic because of the practice of positive thinking. Ask yourself this, "do I always look at the glass half empty or half full?"
Life is too short, and it has to be treasured and not taken for granted. I will discuss some incidents of death. Including celebrities and my own personal stories of death and how it impacted me. Also, I will talk about Kashawn Johnson. A middle school friend who recently passed away. Let's face it, death catches us by surprise. You lost people, I lost people, we all lost people. Live life like it's your last day on Earth. Don't waste time.
In modern society, the use of social media has been engrossed in the mind of the youth and sometimes, even the adults. In this episode you will hear the percentages, the negative and the positive effects of social media. Multiple social media platforms are used to hurt people. Such as TikTok and Instagram.
