New interest of mine that I am falling in love with. This is the first of the series of Diaries and Journals from History. This is my first time reading one of these and let me tell you, some of the stuff I read in here was a bit unbelievable and funny. I also learned a few things that I never learned in school. There was an incident this morning in my granddaughter's virtual class that struck me as something that needed to be shared. Although I have the utmost respect for teachers having 2 of them in my family and been blessed to have met some extraordinary ones in my children's lifetime, virtual learning due to Covid has opened my eyes to things that I probably would never have discovered if my granddaughter were still attending school in person. This is just one instance that happened this morning.
