Raised by Wolves. This is a series of stories describing behaviors and outcomes that he has experienced at the many businesses in which he has coached and advised.
What to expect.We're going to talk about everything business. While most of my clients are very successful in their businesses, they still struggle with employee issues, government regulation, growth, and challenges to profitability. We'll also talk in-depth about culture. Issues that are challenging to many legacy businesses. If this sounds like some of the challenges you face, this may just be the podcast for you. Our format will be varied. We will do some interviews, some individual talks, and someone on one discussion with other business owners and professionals. I will share your stories and have a little bit. Of fun along the way. We'll discuss strategy as well as tactical approaches to problem-solving. I've been a business owner, executive coach, and business strategist for the past 25 years and have worked with all types and sizes. Businesses before that I had a career in sales and sales management with a Fortune 1000 company. Please tune in to our podcast.
