This space is intentionally designed for women 30+ to help us navigate this underrated, under-discussed, but very real, transitional period of womanhood called the flirty 30s. Each week, I invite amazing women 40+ to share their advice, wish-I-would've-known-in-my-30s words of wisdom, and general commentary on womanhood. In every woman is the potential to simultaneously be sister, friend, and mother. And so, I open the space to these women to bring their motherly love and wisdom to us in the form of a sister-friend conversation.

While our conversation focuses on carving out space for yourself, much of that kept circling back to setting boundaries, both with others and ourselves. This episode is great for those, like myself, who sometimes struggle with that. Hope you enjoy!
