2 Corinthians 8 is a case study for Gospel Fluency, as Paul shows us how to apply the Gospel with precision. We learn that it's possible to abound in joy and generosity in the most impossible situations, by learning to:

Perceive the underlying love or desire that is driving the thought or behaviour.

Discern the aspect of the Gospel that fulfils (or reframes) that particular love or desire.

Meditate that part of God’s grace into your heart.
