Handling life transitions can be difficult. Learning how and when to remain flexible during these difficult times can always be a challenge. It's a skill we can develop. Take this journey with me and learn how to make the best out of a bad situation.
Managing a major depressive episode can be tough. We never know how long it can last, but one thing we do know is that it will fade away. We like to treat major depressive episodes in the same way you'd treat chronic pain. Acknowledge that it is there, know it will go away, and do what you can to treat the injury. Get outside, do some self-care, and find a helpful support system. You are not alone in this!

Understanding withdrawers can be difficult. If your partner seems to leave every uncomfortable situation just know that it isn't that they don't care.
