"The spiritual stigma has got to go." Bernice calling in from Wales, speaks about her story...and if it wasn't for spirits guiding her, she wouldn't be here today. Very wise, very casually direct about is needed in life and what isn't. Was a pleasure talking to her unashamedly about all kinds of spirits and how they can benefit us navigating forward. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/joel-dimond/support

Sonya Cavanough is a woman counselor and discusses every aspect of mental health. Her perspective on society and why its important to realise that everyone is unique and their situation is just as unique. I did loose her after 20mins at least I thought I did, re added in the next episode the last 16mins aka 2nd half of the chat. Dont worry though the few seconds that were missed in between were how she met the old man during training. Nothing important ;)
