Sharing the game of basketball with IKBC Coaches and the wider basketball coaching community. Ivanhoe Knights Basketball Club with over 1000 players and over 100 volunteer coaches have created this podcast with host Coach Olly as he discusses various junior basketball topics related to coaching in the Eastern District Junior Basketball Association.
Our season drew to a close on Saturday with many of our teams earning the opportunity to play finals this weekend. In this edition of the podcast we look at preparing for finals (focus areas) and game day tips to give you the best opportunity as a coach & team.

A recap of our presentation from the Winter Elite Camp on preparing to play and the 3 important phases of this for a player during the week. While player focused lots of take aways for coaches to think about around communication on role, tactical and technical focus each week when preparing a team.

Observations from our recent USA Tour with junior boys team and ways you can get your team ready for the return of the Summer Season in the EDJBA
Play Hard, Play Smart, Play Together & Attack First we have been sharing these with our Hoop Camp attendees and Little Knights participants.
