01:18 I've been coaching only for the past five weeks and we have just had some pretty life changing significant breakthroughs
02:69 Exasperated by the depression and the boredom and the anxiety that she'd been feeling. And she came to me asking to receive meaning and purpose in her life
04:35 This is all to do with identity work. It's the person who we have defined ourselves to be. And life consistently proves that definition true, setting up a whole lot of unwanted and undesirable realities
05:20 If you believe that you're a survivor, you are going to have to have things to fight against
08:11 She started to disengage from that identity
09:18 And if you identify yourself here, you may make changes immediately
10:22 So let me begin by talking about the identity of being the rescuer
11:50 The identity of being the nice guy or the nice girl, the nice person
13:18 The identity of being the one in control
15:25 The cause was of her cancer from a metaphysical and psycho emotional perspective was that she believed she needed to be the one in control
16:18 They have increased their revenue from 7 million to 10 million per month
17:09 So this is the identity of being the cynical one
19:26 The identity of being the supporter
20:17 Unless we can get to the crux of what is going on behind the scenes, nothing on the outside is going to change
20:28 Sometimes some people continue blindly believing that this is who they are until the day that they die. And all that I can say about that is, what a life unlived that is
21:39 No matter what you do, you continue to experience the pattern over and over again. What will happen if those patterns keep on repeating?
25:12 So for T, because she was a survivor and she had so much to fight against, she learned a lot about compassion, she learned a lot about empathy and understanding and unconditional love
26:26 Do not be afraid of meeting your identity head on

04:29 But when I turned up to the meeting this morning, I couldn't feel the connection anymore to the vision
05:31 About three Tuesday mornings ago, at about 3:00 AM in the morning, I woke up with some words in my mind…they are game changers for me and for the people that I coach
05.55 And the words that I woke up with were your most significant life changing year again
07:39 And so it began the unraveling of what I can now see a two year process as being the components to having the most significant life changing year again

11:59 I went and met the parts of my life that remained in the shadows that were in the shadowy parts of my consciousness that I was not aware of
13:42 Secondly, we have to raise the stakes
14:46 Each time I'm with someone, I get to learn what is possible
15:14 And it's one of the reasons why I also love working with cancer patients, because we get to bend reality. We get to bend timelines
16:30 We have to see through the eyes of innocence
17:19 Our capacity to love has grown
18:34 And when our capacity to love has grown, what happens then? New visions arrive
19:49 We bring greater integrity into the world
21:47 We then place ourselves and lead from our unapologetic leadership
22:29 We will no longer hide our authority, and we will no longer hide from our authority
24:38 We do not hide away from or hide away our unapologetic success
25:07 Because we're choosing to show what is possible, not only for ourselves, but for others. So why would we apologise?
26:14 We are lit up with a creative agency that we've not met before
26:55 I cried because I saw the diligence and the devotion that I've given to my process since June 2022
29:09 Remember that we are the divine composition
30:52 I see every single imperfection that we would define as being an imperfection and flaw being absolutely critical

This is a story of a client who was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer in March 2024, 3 months ago, and was told by her oncologist that whilst there is treatment that it is largely incurable.
Last Thursday her results showed total resolution and radical remission.

Learn about the four 'contractions', what I'm defining as labour pains that are actually here to position you along your process of becoming.
Contractions don't mean that you've failed, that you've lost your mojo and that you're out of flow.
Without presence however we become consumed by the contraction and by the stories that we are making that contraction mean.
Open yourself up to the sacred purpose of these contractions and you'll be activated into the next generation of you.

8:36 I knew intuitively that there was a new version of me to be birthed. And so I have been experiencing labor pains and I have been experiencing contractions
9:47 Start thinking about contractions differently, the contractions that you've been experiencing possibly, that they are helping you to position, position you along your own process of becoming
10:33 It's the contraction that I am done, I'm finished, I can no longer put up with, I can no longer compromise moment. It's a line in the sand of resolve.

13:24 How can you be so trusting in your intuition yet have equal moments of darkness?

15:44 Joseph Campbell said’Pain is inherent and suffering is optional’. We only suffer when we give meaning made from the ego mind

16:50 She's holding her cancer, her response to cancer in the quantum world
18:09 Only love is real, nothing else exists. Herein lies the peace of God
18:30 The contraction of paradox, there's only one response to that, and that is of presence
19:02 Without presence, we become consumed by the contraction by the stories that we are making that contraction mean
19:37 We get to see the sacred purpose. We get to see the love that is in what we're defining as the contraction
20:08 We can't actually see the tree when it's in the acorn, but within the contraction is the tree
20:32 What you've chosen will choose you. Do you know what you actually really chose?

22:45 It's so easy to go and forget about the ethereal field of mystery and grace and miracles

25:39 When we're in the contraction of the how, how, how, how, its purpose actually is to remind us to have our feet on the ground and to surrender up the process to the universal mind

27:23 Those contractions are journeying with us to remember the untapped abundance of who we already are, and to embrace the untapped abundance of who we are becoming

A very powerful, defining energy moved through me a few weeks ago which coursed through my fingers as I wrote (and now podcast in this episode) to that moment when in your heart of hearts have decided that you are done, finished and can no longer compromise the leadership that you know you are here to embody.

16:58 And she has so much desire and calling to express herself in ways and also through different forms than she has in the past
17:21 It's that congruence with the all of who she is becoming that is the energetic alignment that is creating these results in physical 3D land

In this episode I interview one of my dearest friends, 'sister' and Kenya Retreat co-facilitator, Michelle Richmond.
Listen to the moment that Michelle came undone after allowing herself to be in her absolute vulnerability. Then observe what played out afterwards as the white noise dropped away and she was truly able to listen to the intuitive pull.
So many times in our lives there are intuitive pieces that don't necessarily need 'healing' (although they can), but are asking to be seen.

Every single person I coach has failed before we coached and has some kind of experience of failure whilst we coach. Why? There are several reasons but the first is that they were brave enough to fail.
I'm proud of that. There are so many shiny light 'success' stories out there that are revered. I reckon we should revere 'failure stories'.

Very blessed to have been given permission by Suzie De Jonge, Jason Snaddon and especially Debbie Radosavljevic, to share some of yesterday's weekly group call with The Intuitive Pull community.
You've already heard from Debbie in episode 75 'The Gifts Borne From Pain'. On yesterday's group call Debbie arrived frustrated saying that her soul must be very pissed off with her. A little bit of bio about Debbie - she was a refugee from former Yugoslavia during the Balkan War in Bosnia. She lost her husband to the war when her daughter was seven months old and for six years moved from town to town including three years in a refugee camp in Serbia. Having decided that her life as it was was not for her, she'd catch the 2:30am train to the embassy in Belgrade to seek out a new life elsewhere. She arrived in Australia with her daughter Vicky in March 1998. Debbie owns a butchers shop in Brisbane and is a trained therapist and coach.

This is a very vulnerable share speaking to an introspective journey that has lead me to seeing the thresholds I've placed on myself on how loving and powerful I've allowed myself to be.
As I dug deep I saw that what I hadn’t acknowledged in my past became a sleeping tiger and this had power over me today in ways that are incongruent with my values and who I choose to be.
I became aware of behaviours that dampened my power.
I saw habits and choices made from a half-hearted self-love.
The elephant in the room revealed itself - a theme of powerlessness that played out in my life today that in fact belonged to my history. The thing is that I had no idea that this theme of powerlessness existed underneath my feelings of happiness and fulfilment. And yet it did and became a threshold to who I allowed myself to be and to what I allowed in my life.
As I know deep in my gut that this is another significant breakthrough year, this sleeping tiger had to be seen because what we bring to light no longer remains in the shadows and therefore loses its power.
In this episode I speak out a piece of writing that became the holder of all the inner places I have travelled to since mid 2022.
I shared this writing with my community and I know it called people into their own enquiry around the thresholds they've placed on themselves and the blindspots that have kept these thresholds in place.
I have since felt pulled to share this piece of writing through the podcast to act as your own self-reflection exercise.

On 17 June 2021, Paul Dunn’s brother and Scott Osborne’s brother in law, Nick Dunn took his life.
Suicide has dominated the media again this week with ‘tWitch’ Stephen Boss’s totally unexpected suicide. ‘Never in a million years’ is what Paul and Scott said about Nick taking his life. In fact Nick’s family believed that his death was a ‘misadventure’, a mistake, until the evidence showed otherwise.
Following on from last week’s episode ‘Radical Compassion & Forgiveness’, this is another real and raw interview that gives us more understanding about the depth of sadness that would have someone believe that the world is better off without them.....and an intuitive impulse to reduce the impact of men's mental health issues.
As such, this is also a story about leadership; leadership borne from tragedy and in Scott’s words leadership that ‘wasn’t a choice’. From a walk that Nick, Paul, Scott and two other men did yearly, in days after Nick’s passing, they decided that they’d do the same walk in memory of Nick. What followed was the creation of a charity called Spoke to a Bloke.
If Nick had reached out one last time, Paul feels that things would have been different. Thus ‘Spoke to a Bloke’ was born to encourage the vulnerable conversations that Nick believed he couldn’t have.

What a blessing it was to interview Troy Methorst who was a Search Team Commander in Afghanistan until 2012 and later co-founded Veteran Mentors in 2017 working with teens and their families.
This is not a usual episode of this podcast by nature of the environment of war and…. I’m in so much gratitude for the rawness of Troy’s vulnerability to the extent that he shares with us at the beginning of the episode a 20 minute video montage of some of his time in Afghanistan shared here on audio.

Are you experiencing the intensity that's here?
I've only been back two weeks since facilitating the 'Deep Impact' Retreat in Kenya and wow, there is so much intensity in the air!
I meditated on the question 'WTF with all this intensity?' last week and this is what I heard in response.
Love is being very rigorous with us at the moment and is asking us
1) to leave no stone unturned and to clean up the places inside where we are still not free
and
2) to ground vision when we have enough to move with
What was most surprising to me when I recorded this episode was that a very clear directive for the community of The Intuitive Pull Podcast came through. Have a listen and feel how it lands for you.....
...... because what matters to this community matters to the world, and if you have a particular belief system going on and it remains unchecked, then what matters to you is cancelled out.
......that's to say that this is an important episode to listen to!

Welcome to Season 2 of The Intuitive Pull Podcast fresh off the back of coming home from facilitating the last Retreat for 2022 in Kenya.

It’s said that the ultimate act of taking personal responsibility is to see with the Mind of God. For without true perception we continue to live in a world akin to a hall of mirrors, mirroring illusions and falsities in and all around us.
A we see with the Mind of God, we see the beauty of our humanity. This is where leadership is borne and deepened into. This is where we hear the calling into what truly matters so much that all else that we were committed to in our smallness becomes just one grain of sand in all of the entire ocean.
I'm currently in Kenya facilitating another retreat on the back of facilitating in Croatia just over a month ago. Delicious! I received this prayer yesterday morning and recorded this prayer into a meditation for peeps on retreat here and also for you.
Enjoy this meditation which is based on the theme of the retreat - Deep Impact and the retreat's premise that just puts a big smile on my face each time I think about it - 'pigs can fly', because it is that level of intentionality that my darling friend and peer Michelle Richmond and I are holding here for the next 13 days together as we travel across the land in Kenya.

Are you aware of the quality of your thinking, decisions and actions? From which orientation are they being fuelled by - your small thinking mind that thinks it's doing good or the vastness of the mind that has a creative power way beyond your identity?
As I'm about to head off to facilitate another retreat in Kenya on the back of facilitating a retreat in Croatia a few weeks ago, this piece of writing came when I decided to stop and just be with myself. I then decided to turn the writing into an episode for this podcast.

I'm just back from facilitating a Retreat in Croatia and was pulled yesterday to summarise for myself what happened for each person there.
I was then pulled to look at the common denominators across each person's process and decided to turn this into an episode for a few reasons -
- to allow those who went to Croatia to further deepen their appreciation for what happened, to amplify momentum and to allow the divine architecture of the retreat to continue to unfold more goodness
- to allow those who we're currently coaching who didn't go to Croatia to also be impacted by the generosity of this retreat (some of which has already happened)
- to 'continue to start' process for those going to the next retreat in Kenya 1 - 13 November 2022
- to show people the paradigm shifting reality that's possible by attending an overseas Retreat

In this episode I interview Integrative Doctor, Dr Amy Gajjar who specialises in Thyroid, Gut health and Autoimmunity.
I've been blessed to know Dr Amy for the last few years having been diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease which has now been largely reversed through Dr Amy's care.
Dr Amy's story is a wonderful example of someone who surrendered to following her own intuitive pull as she let go of her former 10 minute model that she practised in the UK and travelled to New Zealand. It was during her travels that Dr Amy's world opened up to complimentary medicine as she saw the importance of looking after the whole person's mind, body and spirit rather than just treating the symptom.
Dr Amy says that what's out of balance can be brought back into balance. She offers an invitation to ask ourselves if we are being truthful to ourselves and the world and the perspective that the healing journey can be a catalyst to live life in greater alignment and divine flow.

In this episode I have a conversation with my dear friend and peer Michelle Richmond who lives in Kenya and who I've co-facilitated two retreats with on Safari and will again in November.
Whether you're called to join us in Kenya or are activated through the journey that we take you on in this episode, we share the big magic that happens when you're on the land that is Kenya. As the outer landscape is so different to our normal day to day doings, similarly our hearts and minds blow wide open and become a new internal landscape from which we hear what we are called to seed, birth, accelerate or transition.
As we surrender guilt, shame, control, judgment and identities that belong to our past, what is new now has space to be seen.
This Retreat and episode particularly speaks to those who are already powerful, reminding you of the importance to give yourself the permission to be vulnerable again, to be courageous again, to give presence to the ache again such that the impact that you're here to make has an even greater depth and thus a greater breadth than what you have facilitated to date.
This episode is in memory of Rob Garsden who passed away earlier this year. Rob came on Retreat to Kenya in 2016 and as he told his friends and family, it was a retreat that changed his life.

If you want to massively expand your comfort zone, then come learn from Leanne Minshull who recently ran in the federal election for the Tasmanian senate.
If you're being pulled to step up into your leadership, Leanne reminds you that the most powerful strategy is love and love can be really provocative, uncomfortable and create disturbance in service to a better humanity.
Leanne says that she picked her fears and if they were getting in the way she walked through them. She knows that she can only influence the external if she shifts the fears within her. In the episode she shares how she did that and what she found on the other side of her fears - a comfort zone that is so big that she feels she can now do anything she puts her mind towards, including her first sold out comedy show.
This episode calls on you to let go of some of your old ways, to become the apprentice again and to hold leadership in the context that it can be a joy versus the burden that many of us believe it is.
Leanne Minshull says 'I like to examine social and organisational structures, and then push the boundaries that need to be lent on. This has required me to walk into my personal fears until the fear - as all illusions do, fades and disappears. When I was in a position to operate above just hand to mouth survival, I got a law degree and a masters of law - it was the personal tool I needed to walk through my own perception of illegitimacy. It was the professional tool I needed to push back on legal and cultural structures that were driving dispossession, inequality and environmental destruction.
I have been involved in environmental and social justice activism, from concreting myself into a 44 gallon drum to halt work at a uranium mine, to being an associate director of a boutique ratings agency, to being sued by a large corporation and then seeding, trans-national litigation against climate crimes.
I have worked in politics, directly as a senior advisor for a federal senator and the chief of staff for a state minister. I have worked outside of politics helping to shape the landscape upon which politicians can make their decisions. Most recently I co-founded a political party aimed at pushing the boundaries of traditional party structures that are hierarchical and exclusionary.
I ran in the federal election for the Tasmanian senate. I didn't win. I am working towards future elections. My current project is launching my career as a stand up comedian - Leanne Minshull, Publican and Failed Politician.'

In this episode I interview Lizzie Adams, someone who I adore and admire, whose life represents the reclaiming of our natural, authentic, God given power.
By the age of 22, a single mother who saw a gap in supportive literature for motherhood, Lizzie made one of the UK's largest publishers who acquired her concept, 33,000,000 pounds over the lifetime of the product. Lizzie went onto successfully launch 3 other projects - except there was one common denominator across all projects - she made nothing in return and lived on the breadline.
Lizzie's life is a journey from workaholism, poverty and disarray to the freedom that allows her to live her full potential with easeful abundance and champion that in others.
She's written the first draft of her book The Wounded Entrepreneur and dedicates her life to living from grace and the true definition of will.

Whilst grace can do the heavy lifting, sometimes grace is also a bitch!
I attended a Retreat as a participant a few weekends ago facilitated by the powerful Jason Snaddon and Penny Patterson and what arrived in my process was totally unexpected - unacknowledged thoughts and feelings that had been put to bed in the shadows of my consciousness.
Through the divine recipe of the retreat and what has unfolded since then I was reminded of a download that I received in meditation in 2017 - that we're being invited to transmute fear, pain, suffering such that nothing is left but love and freedom. 100% transmutation is not only possible, it's a reality that I have experienced within me and have enjoyed witnessing in clients. This process reminded me to fly this flag again for 100% transmutation and thus I recorded this episode.

This is the story of Annie McDonnell who on 1 July 2022 is 3000 days, that's 8 years, powerfully sober. This episode is a celebration of Annie on her 3000th day of sobriety and an honouring of all the parts of her life, or in Annie's words 'drops in the ocean' that have lead Annie to be powerfully sober.
I start this episode in so much gratitude to Annie who reads 'The Last Day', a piece of writing that speaks to the intensity of her last day of drinking that was the invitation, the gateway into her future.
You don't need to be an alcoholic to listen to this episode. And equally if you have struggled just a little or a lot with anything you have been addicted to, including alcohol, I promise that you will have waves of goosebumps covering your body as you listen to Annie's words.
Annie is unapologetically sober and unapologetically makes a declaration of wanting more; to see more of who she can be, more of what she can do, more around her capacity for leadership, more joy and more of a very full experience of life.

Through the doorway of our humanity, we remember who we are and we call the new within ourselves and each other.

I wrote Cameron's story a few months into coaching and recorded it in The Wholehearted Man Episode 10 back in January.
So much goodness has happened since then that I asked Cameron if he'd be open to being interviewed to which he graciously said yes.
And boy oh boy did Cameron turn up with an open heart, vulnerable in his humanity and courageous in sharing his story of anxiety, panic attacks and sleeplessness to freedom, peace and a new form of success generated from love.
This is an important story. With 75% of suicides in Australia being male, Cameron's sharing has the capacity to not only change someone's life, but to save lives. He talks about how far he's come from chasing money all of his life, being driven by fear, anger and stress and spiralling out of control at breaking point just nine months ago.
Learn what created freedom and a sense of peace within that has allowed him to experience success from a place of compassion, intuition, commercial savviness and wanting to do good, to being a father that his boys have as a powerful example of what a man can be in this world.
This is an inspiring story that must be shared with the men in your life.

Be inspired by my introduction where I speak to a woman I've come across in the last few days through Facebook - Jasmine Straga who has re-homed 292 Ukranian girls mostly in Europe and some in Sydney. All these girls have a background in performing arts and Jasmine has organised flights, visas, accommodation, medical and food and schools to continue with their learning and schools to teach. Traumatised by war and loss, Jasmine makes sure that these girls are also looked after from a mental and emotional wellbeing point of view. Currently she has three girls who she's found housing and a college to attend in Tuggerah.

In this episode I share the most powerful 'strategy' I've used in my 18 years as a coach that has made inevitable results that I didn't know could be delivered - meditation!
Why?
Because I have a love for the practical but a hunger for the infinite!
Here we sit in the premise that the greatest leadership is not based on what we do alone, but rather on who we are being. Are we orientating from the idea that we are human in finite form, or do we orientate from the truth that we are infinite in human form?
Meditation allows us to access a consciousness that is rooted in the knowing that indeed we are infinite, and thus are able to access information that is beyond this physical time and space.
When we receive information from this consciousness, it may feel audacious to act upon that, but as we surrender, meditation will have you experience the miracle that you are.

Did you know that structure has integrity? We need structures to support the realisation of our intentions, visions and goals to create momentum because without a structure they remain formless. And there is a distinction here. Structures will either support you in your finite nature or your infinite nature, and so it's super important to give presence to the quality of the structure you commit to.

This week's episodes are dedicated to supporting you to unequivocally surrender to your intuitive pulls by discerning decisions that have come from ego.
A memory magically showed up on Facebook of two former clients who are the most extraordinary demonstrations of having been seduced by the voice of the ego and then having a never, ever again moment to taking advice from this orientation.
What occurred as a result is truly miraculous in contrast to where they had been. This outcome is always the result of fully surrendering to a plan we did not make. The intuitive plan provides no assurity to the mind that wants to know what will happen and how and when it will happen. It is this act of letting go of control and surrendering into the unknown that redirects us into a field of all possibility. As we take 100% personal responsibility for who we have been, for who we are choosing to be, and we lean into the divine plan that waits for us to say yes, results occur of a nature that is unlimited.
I asked Vania Contreras for her contact details to include in the show notes and this was her reply. Is this not the most remarkable demonstration, one that certainly goes against the grain of conventional marketers who orientate in the belief that it's what we do that creates our results.
'Oh I don't have any... that was also part of the magic bestowed... all my work from that point came via recommendation, no more hustle... no website, a little Instagram, but tonnes of love that rippled out and returned the gifts.'

One week ago I published an episode entitled 'How Big Are You Dreaming?' which was an interview with 17 year old Aaliyah Sirengo who a few years back, having felt like the world didn't need her, found a purpose worth living for.
Adopted from Kenya, her family built two schools in resource poor communities. When Aaliyah visited them, she couldn't understand why the girls weren't turning up to school. She then learnt about 'period poverty', that when girls don't have the proper sanitary means when they are on their periods, that this has a devastating knock on effect on the girls, including missing over 100 days of school per year.
Facing into the fact that she could have been one of these girls she chose to make it her mission to eradicate 'period poverty'.
Two days after I published the episode a $1000 donation was made by an anonymous listener to Aaliyah's foundation. I was and still am overwhelmed by the care and generosity of this listener. I'm also now even more aware of the power of this podcast, the heart in this community of listeners and as Aaliyah's Mum Susan said, our 'collective intuition'.
I asked Aaliyah's Mum what this $1000 donation will mean to the girls. She said that 100 girls will now be able to go to school, uninterrupted, for the next three years and it will give a seamstress a good couple of months of guaranteed wage which will also allow her children to go to school.
I shared this profound ripple through a post I wrote and since then there have been another three people who have offered to make a donation.
Again, I am overwhelmed by the heart in this community and deeply moved.
Two nights ago Aaliyah shared a talk she did with me called 'Can a Pad Empower?'. I listened to it and was unexpectedly gut wrenched hearing Aaliyah talk about the realities of these girls. It asked if I could share her talk on another episode to which she was very thankful.
Warning that the story is hard to hear, enormously sobering and yet is a story that must be told. It puts so much in perspective.

What a joy it was to interview the amazing Luisa Carel, Global Passion Ambassador, and host of Passion Harvest an internationally acclaimed interview YouTube series/Podcast that showcases Thought Leaders across the globe to inspire others to live a passionate life.
In Episode 19 Luisa talks about the idea that we can access 'future memories'. Her life is one incredible demonstration of remembering her future and surrendering to her own intuitive pulls to live what has already happened in the present moment.
Many of Luisa's thought leaders she interviews have had near death experiences (NDE's) and through their example she is shown over and over again that consciousness extends beyond the physical body. Because of this Luisa is able to hold her sense around 'time' in a multidimensional manner.

What an inspiration it was to interview Aaliyah Sirengo, 17 year old daughter of Susan Knapp who I interviewed in Episode 12 'Forgiving The Unforgivable'.
Susan asks her children not 'who do you want to be when you grow up?' but 'who do you want to be now?'.
A few years ago Aaliyah went through a troubling time, feeling like she didn't have a need for this world. Shame then became a catalyst for identifying a project that felt close to Aaliyah's heart. In 2019 Aaliyah's family built two schools in Kenya in resource poor communities. When the girls started not showing up to school despite having this incredible opportunity, she realised it was because they didn't have the education nor the sanitary goods to turn up to school when they were menstruating. The shame to talk about, to educate and to provide the necessary needs for something so biologically natural fuelled Aaliyah's sense of purpose, of how she could contribute to the world now.
And thus, Aaliyah's mission became clear as she decided to take on this project to 'eradicate period poverty', firstly in these resource poor communities in Kenya, and then further on. Adopted from Kenya by her Mum Susan, this project is close to her heart as she realises that she could have been one of those girls.
Last year, in conjunction with her siblings' businesses (who are 8 and 12 years old), they have sent over 700 sanitary packs.

Episode 3 It's OK To Be Powerful published in December resonated so strongly that I decided to create It's OK To Be Powerful Part 2.
I was also inspired to create this episode when just last week a client reflected these words 'I now know how to hold power. I feel powerful. I'm no longer frightened of my power.'
This episode also follows on nicely from Episode 15 Called Into Freedom.
In this episode I share what's happening in real time with current clients with the intention that you're able to recognise identities that your ego has designed to keep you 'safe', yet the more attached you are, the more resistance you have to being powerful.
In particular we look at these four following identities that are the anti-creators to feeling and experiencing your true, authentic power.
- the lack of capacity to create financial abundance
- downsizing your real capacity levels
- not belonging
- needing to control

Be inspired by this story of Integrative Oncologist Dr Carol Haddad's patient's journey to being cancer free.
In my original interview with Dr Carol Haddad in Episode 4 'The Intuitive Response to Cancer & Illness', Carol shares her own journey of moving from conventional medicine in a very respected role at Sydney's North Shore Hospital to giving that up and travelling the world to discover alternative therapies.
Now based in Colorado, USA, Carol treats patients from around the world as an Integrative Oncologist, using the marriage of conventional and alternative therapies.
Carol often refers her patients to this podcast and one patient who was suffering a very serious type of cancer listened to her story in Episode 4. She was moved by Carol's bravery to surrender into her own intuitive pull. Having Carol demonstrate the meaning of surrender, she became aware of how much she was trying to control the outcome of her 7 months of radiochemotherapy and chemotherapy treatments, understandably so given this life and death scenario. She thus made the decision to let go of control and surrender the outcome, knowing that she'd be OK no matter what.

A Course In Miracles defines a miracle being a shift in perception from fear to love. When this energetic shift happens, there is always an external consequence. I have worked with clients since 2004 and every time this shift occurs, I have seen results happen often immediately in business, finances, relationships, politics and health. This shift in perception from fear to love wholly belongs to every environment. It does not discriminate and as you'll see does not exclude cancer.
I am super grateful to Carol's patient who gave me permission to share her story. Thank you thank you. May it facilitate more miracles.

This is one of those episodes I had to record catalysed by my own personal process which snuck up on me last week.
Feeling a bit naked in my vulnerability, this is one of those episodes that I want you to listen to, and also don't want you to listen to! I share an identity that I have been attached to believing that this behaviour is who I am rather than something I do as part of an identity.
We look at the different experiences when a decision is rooted in shame and judgment versus when a decision is made from a place of being called into freedom. And when the ego perceives the letting go of identity as loss we acknowledge the true consequence being a certainty and trust like never before and from this place so much external growth.
This is a provocative episode created to bring awareness around your own attachments and to ask yourself the exciting question 'Who might I be without this identity?'.....and ultimately to be called into a greater sense of freedom and the ROI that this freedom brings!

I dedicate this episode in memory of a man I had the honour of coaching in 2016, including time we spent together in Kenya on retreat. We named Rob Garsden our King of Hearts, because that's what he was. Rob passed away on 11 February 2022, ironically the day my son Joshua was born 23 years ago who passed away 11 days later, on 22 February.
When life presents challenges, the bravest question we can ask ourselves is 'for what purpose did I create this?'.
By asking ourselves this question we decide to step outside of the blame and judgment paradigm and the roles we play there, particularly that of victim and persecutor of circumstances and people. When we go to this level of ownership, no matter how difficult the situation is, and we take 100% personal responsibility to see the point of cause from a growth perspective, we become free.
It was this moment of freedom that Rob came to in one conversation in 2016 that I was remembering and appreciating. I recall the lightness that ensued and the gratitude he had for the situation that catalysed him into this newfound awareness. I then had two more conversations last week, with each person experiencing their own moments of freedom, and it made me realise that this particular piece in someone's process is my very favourite part of coaching.
What is seen can never be unseen, thus is the power of asking and answering the bravest question 'for what purpose did I create this?'.
There is so much gold in this episode that my intention is that by being present to its content, you too will receive your own moments of freedom as you ask yourself this brave question.
The context of this episode is really the epicentre of the way I live my life and the work that I do. This for sure is an episode you can come back to again and again and again.
Let these stories inspire you into your own freedom and please share this episode with anyone who is challenged and in conflict.

This morning I was inspired to pull apart the journey that lead me to following the intuitive pull to create this podcast.
Why? To help my clients on their journeys to follow their own intuitive pulls. I then decided to create this episode to support you too.
What was most precious about this process of pulling apart my journey was that I ran into a theme that I was unaware of up until today, specifically a theme about belonging.
This is what I saw -
The Intuitive Pull pulls you into a remembering of where you didn't believe that you belonged but always did in truth.

Oh gosh, what a joy it was to interview Susan Knapp who listened to the podcast and was pulled to connect with me to share her story.
Be inspired by this huge story of forgiveness and Susan's powerful question to each of her children 'who do you want to be now?' and the magic that unfolded from here.
Susan says that her purpose in life is to raise children who can forgive. With two children adopted from Kenya and two of her biological children, they have lived a very big and oftentimes painful life. Seeing forgiveness as a superpower Susan's children have learnt the power of grace, courage and gratitude. They have learnt to step through fear and find gold on the other side and be in service to the world. Susan says 'When you have the power to forgive the unforgivable, your reward is peace'.
The Knapp family have built two schools in Kenya, her children as young as 7 years old each have their own projects and through the profits of these projects provide sanitary napkins and water to African communities. Last year they sent over 720 sanitary napkins creating a massive impact as girls would then still be able to go to school rather than stay home. They embody grace, courage and gratitude in everything they do.

This episode is dedicated to Living In The Overflow in contrast to living in lack or even 'enough' as I had caught myself a little while back. And guess what? Living in the Overflow is the direct consequence of following the intuitive pull. Funny that 😘 But often when people are not in Overflow but in lack instead, they focus on 'healing' and 'removing blocks'. There is always a time and place for that....and....the irony is that when you follow the intuitive pull, especially when there is a need to change your reality, the blocks and need for healing disappear! Why? Because you have remembered who you are, that you are bigger than your personality, identity, the roles you play, the stories you tell yourself, the version of you and your reality that you have lived to date. Following the intuitive pull for sure acknowledges that we have needs at times, and it orientates us to a much higher vibrational response than strategies borne from need. When you follow the intuitive pull you are choosing to be in the fullest version of your leadership, self-expression, creativity, connection, presence and joy. And commitment is paramount to ensure that the intuitive pull is grounded and real, not just in fantasy and hope. When that marriage of commitment is there, Overflow in all the ways that matter the most to you, and effortlessly, becomes your reality. Remember, I'm not just talking about 'living in the flow'. I am talking about living in the Overflow, the theme for my life and those I coach for 2022. Listen to the postscript I recorded at the end of the episode. This is a story of a man called “Mark” who came to me with debilitating anxiety. Similar to many men, he’d pinned his self-value on being a rockstar at making money, on external success, the deadliest virus of all. When that became untenable, his inner world came crashing down. I wrote this story, an account of the time we spent together in coaching to honour Mark ~ a man who chose to take his safety harness off, to dive into the deep and come to know, experience by experience, how tenderness is more valuable than the currency of control and ego based power. ~ a man who came to know that letting go of control would be the first most powerful strategy to bring about an invaluable return on investment. ~ a man who came to know that sharing his vulnerabilities would most likely be the biggest risk of all, more dangerous at first than all the risks he took for financial gain, and this new risk would pay the most meaningful and profitable dividends. ~ a man who came to know that leading his life from a place of acceptance and transparency from the all of him, and not just the facade that most men expose, would be the second most powerful strategy. This would enable another form of ROI; an investment not just for him, but for others in the Ripples Of Impact created by him. ~ a man who came to know that history would be healed and re-written from the present moment of compassion and forgiveness for past misunderstandings and hurt. ~ a man who googled ‘how do I love myself?’ when the very choices described above were the very acts of love for self. I met this man, who represent so many men like him, in meditation two years ago. It took me two years to ready myself so that I could meet him in physical reality, and it has indeed been one of my greatest joys. I share Mark’s story to demonstrate that men do not need to suffer and at the very worst, take their lives as a friend did one year ago. I share Mark’s story in solidarity, to love our men and to show them that self-love, compassion and forgiveness do not make a man weak, but even more powerful. I implore you to share this with the men in your lives. And men, I implore you to share this with your friends. Why do some strategies work and others don't? Being the end of January, post holidays, this is strategy season! And because we spend tonnes of money on engaging different strategies it's super important to get really clear on whether the strategy you're employing is a powerful one or not. I was acutely and unexpectedly given the theme of this episode to record and so have faith that this episode was created just for you. Get reflective as you listen in to check in on current and past strategies and where they were borne from. Their genesis will determine their outcome, whether they result in overflow of more than you could ever have imagined or disappointment, overwork and underwhelm. During this holiday time on 27 December 2021, episode 6 offers the gift of peace. Have you ever received intuition that feels audacious to act upon? Have you told yourself that it's wrong, that it's not your place, that you don't have the right to follow through with it? Unlike manipulation, as intuition is fuelled by love, it only wishes to be of service to you and others. Because intuition is located beyond linear time and space in a field of connection and resonance, it collapses the amount of physical energy and action required by operating from the rational mind alone. And not only is intuition magnificently efficient, it is also very generous. Imagine what you would allow into your life should you follow through on intuition that feels audacious. Imagine what would collapse and what would expand by surrendering to its messages. Sometimes when we act on intuitive pulls we see immediate results. Other times we don't. Why is that? One of the hidden reasons is because we're not ready. We're not ready to realise the intuitive pull in a grounded way and receive its wondrous results because of our own resistances. Whilst we are intuitively pulled one way, our ego pulls us back in the opposite direction.
