As there is much confusion and controversy over masculine and feminine energies, I decided it was only right to break it down in an easy-to understand manner. Join me as I unravel the dynamics of masculine and feminine energies. I dive into the essence of these energies, exploring their roles, expressions, and their significance in our lives.Masculine and feminine energies are not merely confined to gender; they are universal forces that reside within each of us, shaping our thoughts, behaviors, and interactions. I'll demystify these energies, breaking down the core traits and characteristics that define them.

Discover the strength and assertiveness of masculine energy, as it embodies qualities of protection, leadership, and logic. Conversely, explore the flowing and intuitive nature of feminine energy, embracing traits of empathy, creativity, and intuition.

Through relatable examples, I illustrate how these energies manifest in various aspects of our lives and how being out of balance can be disruptive towards your relationships.

This episode is all about being a student in life. Oftentimes, we want to teach others & enforce our mindsets onto them. But wouldn't it be more effective if we surrendered and became the best version of us to naturally lead by example? You aren't here to be their teacher, you are here to be a student of life.

Join me as I discuss the liberating truth that people enter and exit our lives like chapters in a grand novel, each imparting invaluable lessons before gracefully bowing out when their role is fulfilled. It is this reminder that sometimes when people leave your life, the lesson that you needed has been learned.

Further discussed is the separation between people and our relationships to/with them. By creating the mental separation, we allow ourselves to bring the power back to ourselves. Is it the person that was your greatest teacher, or is it the relationship to them & the lessons learned through that connection that is the greatest teacher? Empower yourself by reclaiming the lessons as your own.

As some of you may know, last year I moved from America to Italy for 6 months. With a drastic change of that measure, there of course lies layers of lessons. In this episode I dive into some profound lessons learned from trading the "American Dream" for an Italian adventure. In this episode, I unravel the complexities of cultural immersion and discuss the contrast between the ease of living in America and the adjustments needed to reside in Italy.

Through my adventures I have learned that your mind is a relentless traveler, accompanying you across oceans and continents, shaping your experiences in unexpected ways. It doesn't matter where you run to or where you try to hide, your mind is always with you.

I also dive into the intricacies of maintaining friendships across the pond, unveiling the bittersweet reality of distance and the power of connection- you must water the relationships you wish to grow.

Amongst a few more lessons, resides my most powerful- the idea of accessibility and ease that comes with a life in America. Here, if you want it you get it. In the small Italian town I lived in, that certainly was not the case. I had to re-learn not to over-indulge or be gluttonous as I made my way back to America where options are aplenty. Join me in this very fun & very personal episode!

If you're an avid listener, you know I need to embrace the fire side of me just as much as the soft side. Some people can feel angry & meditate back to neutral. For me- it's necessary to fully feel the anger (it's a normal emotion just like happy & sad) & then transform it rather than suppress it.

I talk about the commonly misunderstood emotion of anger. Anger is a natural response to perceived threats or injustices, but when left unchecked, it can lead to destructive behavior and strained relationships. By learning to recognize and manage our anger, we can harness its energy for positive change.

I discuss the importance of anger and give some very practical tools on what to do when anger arises. This episode leans heavily into using the anger (safely) versus using toxic positivity & calmness to wash it over.

Whether you struggle with chronic anger or simply want to learn how to navigate occasional flare-ups more effectively, this episode offers valuable insights and guidance for anyone seeking to harness the fire within. Tune in to discover how you can turn anger into a catalyst for personal growth and positive change (without having to push it away)

Juan Francisco is the host of Third Eye Sight Podcast, a Medium & Tarot Card Reader. We touched on so many key points this talk that it was hard to come up with a title! He teaches us what to look for and what to avoid when it comes to finding a Tarot reader that is suited for you. This then opened up the conversation of what it is like to be in this space & not putting ourselves and others into boxes. Some Tarot readers specialize in romance, while others focus on financial gain. Some mediums can see spirits, while others specifically feel them and/or hear them. We really try and emphasize releasing the expectations of society & simply being who we are at the core. Juan had some beautiful pieces of wisdom to share through a vulnerable conversation of self-worthiness and truly LIVING while healing. Sometimes we can get caught in the cycle of healing/bettering yourself, that it takes away from truly living.
