There are so many roller coasters that come with this job and we have learned to show gratitude for everything within our businesses. Education is NOT dead! One of the best investments are to invest in yourself! Do you love your job but you feel a lack of inspiration? We always encourage to invest in education, and I feel that is one way to keep the inspiration ball rolling.
It can be scary to take the jump when you see that $1,000 course you are thinking to invest in, and I promise you, if you put your heart and soul into it, you will get that money back and more! Education is the way. If you do not have a budget for education throughout the year, it's time to re-evaluate your budget!
We chat about coaches, different ways of education (and you don't always have to spend money!), if you are not learning, you are not growing!! We also chat about being stuck in student mode!
