The Donkey's Garage is a space to discuss news about Formula 1. It is aimed at all of those who want to hear about Formula 1 and its news. It does not cover news from a technical perspective. It simply reflect the opinion of an F1 fan and a racing driver. I wish to create a relaxing atmosphere that allows all listener to follow closely without feeling the need to acquire additional technical knowledge on the subject. Bahrain race. Season opener. First time we saw the 2022 cars on track. The vail was off. True performance and nothing but the truth? The race was an exciting one. Here I comment it and assess some of the performances we saw.
In this episode I quickly cover the testing done at Bahrain just before the start of the F1 Season 2022: namely the brand new Mercedes W13 and the constant performance from the Italian team.
This take drifts away from the topic of F1. It was design to be a familiar chat on racing in general reflecting on personal experience. I cover exclusively some interesting aspects of racing covering the physical perspective and the mental attitude a driver adopts when he is racing. I hope you all enjoy it!
