Everything is expensive, it’s almost impossible to buy a house and so many people are living from paycheque to paycheque.

Shooting your shot!!! We all know someone who has slid in the Dm's or seen someone they like in person and decided to approach them. We may have even done that ourselves. At some point, everyone takes an L for different reasons. However, what works for one person, may not work for someone else. So, the question we have today is, what is the line between shooting your shot and harassment? This doesn't focus on cases of intimidation or coercion. This is strictly in terms of non-violent/confrontational conversations.
We then transitioned into what we call backup dancers and why women have many of them. These are essentially people who are kept on the side whilst one is in a relationship. There is often no physical intimacy between them either. So is this for entertainment? Is it fair on the people on the other side? What are your thoughts?

R-Kelly was recently sentenced to 30 years in prison for sex trafficking. This episode is centred around whether art can be separated from the artist. There are conflicting ideologies at play here. There's the camp that believes music is distinct from the person who created it. Then there are the people who say that the two are synonymous with each other and can't be separated. Where do you fall on the spectrum?
We then transitioned into cancel culture. We bring different examples into this such as Kevin Spacey, XXX Tentacion, Mason Greenwood, Maya Jama, Justin UG, etc. The main question here is whether cancelling someone is achievable, and if so, whether it is beneficial to society. Where is the line between allowing people to grow and cancelling them for a past action?

First of all, we'd like to take a moment for all those who lost their lives at the Owo church massacre that happened in Ondo State, Nigeria. We discuss what took place and the continuous failure of the Nigerian Government in curbing terrorism. We then transitioned into whether everyone has a price. Given the history of bribery and corruption around the country, it seems as though our leaders are being bought off. Though, you'd have to consider whether the system allows for people to change it from within to begin with. Finally, we had a conversation around whether there are bad people or just bad decision makers. This turned into a heated discussion ranging from slavery to the actions of children.

Marriage is one of those things that society tries to force on everyone, particularly women, because it is seemingly desirable and beneficial. However, the 50% divorce rate in marriages tells a different story. In this episode, we first discuss how you would approach your partner wanting a prenup. Is this a case where you are already thinking of divorce before you are married, or is it sensible to protect your assets? We then consider whether "The One" exists or not. As expected, there was a myriad of opinions on the topic, some of which you could argue was controversial. Episode 9 is all about slurs!!! We're talking about the use of the N-word in modern discourse. How it's seemingly been watered down and almost accepted. We also talk about its use in rap music. Can you blame a white person for saying it in a song?
We also talk about Kendricks's recent song "Auntie Diaries" which explores transphobia and homophobia in the black community. He received a lot of backlash for saying the F-word. The question today is whether using slurs for artistic purposes is acceptable.

Rolz brought on his girlfriend!!! The topics for this episode revolved around societal norms. We began with a discussion on the pressure parents put on their kids to chase careers such as Lawyers or Doctors. Since Rolz was brave enough to bring his girlfriend, we transitioned into the romantic sphere. We discussed whether we have to have children, and more broadly, whether it's worth having them at all.
